what i do - chest: bench, incline bench, flies, chest extension. back: rows, lat pull down, back extension. arms: curls, d curls, trivert, tricable, shoulder press. legs: leg extention, leg curl, calf raises, squats. (google these if you dont know what they are) I do 12 reps, 3 sets the maximum weight i can do for all exercises. twice per week. I would suggest that you do something similar because it works for me, i have tripled in strength in 4 months and plan to do the same for the foreseeable future. edit: youre going to need a gym or equipment of your own to do this

It may tighten up over time. Most people who were overweight have a little excess skin after weight loss (I have some too). However; there is also fat behind that skin, making it look worse and it makes the skin "sag" down - so you should keep going (at a normal fat loss rate) 1 lb loss per week would be ideal.

You don't need to spend money, neither of those things would make you lose fat any faster. Don't worry about your strength for now. I'd advise running a proper program though if you do want to work on it a little, like Stronglifts 5x5, or ICF 5x5 for a more balanced program.
