what i do -
chest: bench, incline bench, flies, chest extension.
back: rows, lat pull down, back extension.
arms: curls, d curls, trivert, tricable, shoulder press.
legs: leg extention, leg curl, calf raises, squats.
(google these if you dont know what they are)
I do 12 reps, 3 sets the maximum weight i can do for all exercises. twice per week.
I would suggest that you do something similar because it works for me, i have tripled in strength in 4 months and plan to do the same for the foreseeable future.
