I'm not saying EGs lineup was optimal, and I would have liked a closer match. But saying that 16-6 and 16-7 doesn't make for a "crushing victory" is simply a false statement. Had you written "mTw wouldn't have won be those numbers had lurppis been there instead of tubby, and a more seasoned player rather than dboorn", I'd be inclined to agree.

I believe a 16-6 win at nuke when starting as T is a pretty overwhelming win.. And actually it was only in the 2nd map last half that EG actually made a difference

You might as well sign WOP up to international tournaments then, and see how they'll do. They'll suck. The problem is that USA don't have that many good players any more. That's why tubby was a stand-in a WCG, and lurpiss is in the starting lineup. If Irukanji wouldn't be a massive downgrade from lurppis, you can be sure they would have already made the trade... But he is.

So n0thing, fRoD, Irukanji, dboorn and storm/tubby? Alright. In that case, I'd wager such a lineup could probably compete internationally in one or two years. Iru and dboorn much too inexperienced at this point. Also, only n0thing, and fRoD (on a good day) are maybe top30 players in the world at this point. Iru and dboorn won't get there anytime soon, and storm and tubby will never reach it.
