Maps prediction: 1. CLG ban Nuke 2. Rise Nation ban Cache 3. CLG pick Train 4. Rise Nation pick Inferno 5. CLG ban Cobblestone 6. Rise Nation ban Mirage 7. 3rd map will be Overpass RN will definitely lose train. However, with this 5 man lineup, they are 7-0 in the past 3 months on Overpass, and are 12-1 on Inferno. If CLG ban Overpass instead of Cobble, RN are 14-2 on cobble. Considering CLG have a stand-in, RN have a chance in this bo3. I'm saying 60-40 in favor of CLG.

A lot of it comes down to playing their CT-sides more reactively. (Re)taking map control and actively playing for information. Based on what I've caught, they often telegraph it quite a bit when something aggressive is coming.

rickeh > ska
2017-08-21 03:45
i agree honestly, i think rickeh has so much potential too. his movement is among the best in NA. most people dont agree with me though, sadly rick may no have the chance to prove everyone wrong.
2017-08-21 04:06
Even if it's debatable who's the better awper, Rickeh is without a doubt a better rifler and better movement wise. I'm still trying to figure out how the hell RNG let him go.
2017-08-21 05:29
impossible to say without knowing what was going on in the team. RNG all seem very chilled and laidback though, but Rickeh seems like he doesn't tolerate bullshit and probably just wanted to practice. Plus if he disagreed with something, he was probably very blunt about it and given the laidback style of RNG that would have annoyed them. JKS, Rickeh with a good in game leader had so much potential though. Aus could have had a top 10 contending team if it was done right.

Totally agree, Australia has some players with really high skill ceiling but I feel they lack the discipline, they tend to lose too many rounds where they shouldn't, over-peeking and such. It's kinda sad, surely they also feel like they are underachieving looking down to their potential. Players like AZR could probably become more consistent if there was a more structured CS for RNG gameplan.

yeah their ct side hurts me head, seeing them push for no reason. the amount of times ustilo would push on his own, sure maybe one or two times it works but every other time they end up being 4v5. i think ustilo and azr are amazing players, we've seen what they can do but lately they've been pretty mediocre while jks and nifty very impressive. Nifty is the best awper in NA imo, plus he can do everything else too but he needs a better team lol, maybe he can take jks with him.

Nifty is just as good if not better awper than Rickeh, And it definitely wasn't a lack of practise or anything I'm positive it was just a disagreement between Rickeh and most likely Azr, Imo as retarded as it sounds Renegades have always had 4 good players and then 1 player lacking behind holding the team back, First it was Havoc, Then Spunj, Then Yam, Then Nexa and now it's probably Jayzwalkingz judging off only the first game is harsh but even while Jet lagged and no team practise at all I expect him to do better against Complexity
