Hope Liquid win. If they win this, Ghost should be pretty easy to win 2-0 which would guarantee qualifications

If Liquid lose to C9 and win Ghost 2-0, they have the same points as SK. What's more, Liquid 2-0 in the ECS record.

I know but 2-0 vs SK doesn't mean anything since ECS goes by round difference rather than h2h. They are not 100% guaranteed. 12 wins in ECS automatically qualifies you though.

Got it. Although SK's round difference is only 1, Liquid is -5 now... If they lose to C9 they need to rekt Ghost hard to increase the round difference.

they'll be 8-8 if rng beat lg 2-0, both teams will also be 8-8 that means it will be a four way tie for the last spot meaning it will come down to round difference. kinda funny bcos rng could of basically qualified yesterday if they didn't play so poorly :P

They wouldn't be able to qualify since they lost 2-0 against LG and both teams would be 8-8. So the spot would go to LG or Renegades if they win against LG 2-0.

You are clearly the one with 50 IQ, can you link me where it clearly states "Steel" Is the IGL?
2017-11-23 13:21
Nitr0 / steel showing how panicked they get on the t side, everytime. They're setting up for a mid take in the pistolround, and as soon as they spot a guy pushing main, they say ''fuck mid, let's chase the frag with bomb going first''. Come on, stick to the plan instead of calling something that's going to lose you the round with a 100% certainty if you don't get that one single frag.
2017-11-23 02:00
I don't know about the round in question, but at least steel has a reason for looking panicked in some cases. Difficult situation to get comfortable in the short-term.
2017-11-23 02:15
Sorry, I don't really understand what you're referring to.
2017-11-23 02:16
Goddamnit Liquid... embarrassing. They don't even have the communication to know that they already had an awp, and nitr0 picked up another which forced them into using double awps on the following rounds, as t:s. It's basic stuff falling apart, and now I'm starting to understand why ''Split B'' was their only call for almost their whole t side mirage.

Typical fix9. HAHAHA.
2017-11-23 02:12
What the actual fuck???? It looks like liquid is trying to lose wich make absolutely no sense. The game doesn't even mean shit for cloud 9 since they are first seed too.
2017-11-23 02:12
Just rewatch mirage and you'd see that their T sides are full of shit, shit and even more shit. They know one or two calls for mirage, and that's B split and take mid. They don't have the communication or the stratbook to make a decent t side on either of these maps.
2017-11-23 02:15
exactly my point in mirage i tought liquid gonna win after 5 round lead or something like that idk why C9 try so hard and beat them on OT
2017-11-23 02:15

2017-11-23 02:19
I'm seriously hoping Liquid doesn't make ecs playoffs. They're too damn weak at the moment, in every department. I didn't expect a win on cache, but it was fully possible. However, I did expect a win on mirage, and the fact they didn't get that even with a 7-0 start and a 14-8 lead, shows signs that they're back to the choking days. I'm not going to call that they are there yet, but even Stan mentioned that the team had started to move backwards in some ways.

I like coL. Only because of Slemmy and yayster tbh. I think Slemmy deserves another shot at a top team but now that OpTic went EU, there arent any other options. coL are basically on the same level as NRG/CLG so going to one of those teams isn't an upgrade at all for him. And C9 and Liquid don't need a new IGL at the moment (I would like for Liquid to go full NA again though, so maybe -steel +Slemmy). yayster is just a talent all around and I think he's set to do some good shit.
2017-11-23 16:07
