Lol ghost vs Tier 5
2019-02-24 06:17
intact is pretty good. they beat furia in a bo3 in the advanced playoffs. they are like eunited/rise level when they were in mdl.
2019-02-24 15:46
I find it rather hard to determine the actual difference in skill level between these two teams. Intact seem to be a good underdog team, and Ghost often seem to fuck up qualifiers. Obviously Subroza knows all their tacs, so they can run something based off of that, but still. What's your opinion on that matter?
2019-02-24 16:02
i think intact have some skilled players but now that they are in mdl they are probably scrimming against better teams so i think their surprise factor and confidence have dipped compared to their advacned time. but i dont think it will be stomp. i really do believe in gained confidence when you stomp teams worse than you. thats why most im, main teams in history get to be good at premier in their first season as well. so basically if they try to play a fundemantal cs ghost will probably roll over them. if they play aggro mixed in with too slow unreadable shit they got a chance.

probably not. but freak was the igl on swole when they were good. they also have the defaults etc. tho they did shit the bed when jamez stood in for steel. also its not for sure if he is cut as he is still banned from faceit.

Real talk, this overall ban needs to be lifted. no one but trolls actually care about it being upheld by Valve. At this point, he's suffered enough.
2019-02-24 16:13
agreed but i dont see it happening if what was said is true. they say that they were inquired by valve before the proof and they denied involvement. so its because they lied and not because of the throw its permanent. at best faceit and eleague will also unban them so they can attend every event but the majors. which is fine in the current state. but they will probs remain banned until a new cs title.

i mean with jamezirl it was essentially playing 4v5 so you can't really use that as a comparison. i don't know why nobody wants to give any of the players aside from steel any credit
2019-02-24 16:24
i can. he isnt like hardstlye or zakk. he hasnt been retired for that long. he is still a pretty competent player on mdl level. he top fragged in some of their maps.

hardstyle played a different version of the game. he doesnt play it himself. zakk only played csgo at the beginning i doubt he plays the game in a high level anymore. play.esea.net/users/731032/history this guy has been playing non stop. it might not be a super high level but he is still in the %1 of the people who made it. and he just stopped recently.

Lmao steel got a team with essentially top MDL players to multiple massive LANs they had no business being at, map wins against NaVi, FaZe, and this is what he gets. Lowe and behold they're struggling to beat an average MDL team. Going for Subroza to be able to qualify for major, good luck even getting to the minor lol
2019-02-24 23:17
agreed most part. two things; one intact is a pretty promising good team. second while the steel news mightbe true after all he cant play at faceit tournaments since he is still banned.
2019-02-24 23:36
you're a tard lol. steel, koosta, and freak/subroza all played at the top level for a while now. wardell is an insane talent and neptune is sick too. their placements have been disappointing, if anything. especially recently. edit: i do think they can find a much better replacement than subroza though... if they picked up like relyks or someone then they could be on par with NRG easily

Wardell, agreed he's fantastic and a top talent, definitely a good guy to build a team around. Koosta is solid but since you have Wardell awping he's somewhat wasted. Neptune could be decent but right now he's nowhere near developed and will continue to post subpar stats (particularly at LAN) if he isn't under the tutelage of a hands-on IGL like steel. Subroza is mediocre at best, not cut out for major level play, Freak is a very selfless player and definitely an asset from a morale, hype perspective but he isn't what he used to be. This team won't be qualifying for the last 16 of majors, maybe the challenger stage but even then I somewhat doubt it. Maybe I was somewhat OTT in my initial wording but no need to call me a tard ;)
