aahah idk, how does the skill level on these teams from elitserien compare to tier1 pros?

Individual skill could be lower Tier 2 players, but as a team they lack experience A Tier 1 team would 2-0 them, but if you put one of these players in a fitting role of NiP/fnatic they probably wouldn't do that bad

Either that, but it takes A LOT of effort. A good example is AVANGAR, who played together since forever and slowly climbed the rankings Or excel as individual player by constant topfragging and get picked by higher Tier team. Those are the only 2 options of proceeding as a player
