When navi 2010 played with CIS streamers at peak they had 180K , when navi usually plays on ru broadcast they always have at least 100K plus 30/50 on eng broadcast , if you mix this 2 team at peak so in the first map I guess it would be around 250K then it will drop a little
yeah, most go players played 1.6 but navi's current lineup has like 20yo players which either didnt play the game at all or played 1.6 when they were like 12yo and also didnt play it on a high level XDD,navi 2010 will win the 1.6 maps easily imo
Also if you didnt knew markeloff was something like simple in 1.6
there have been many many years of 1.6 before navi even arrived on the scene, navi surely isnt the one and only choice. the were the LAST "best" team in 2010, but there was nearly a decade before them with teams like mTw.dk, fnatic, NiP, mouz, SK and even coL for a period. Not to forget the Golden5 with various organisations.
There werent really "major" as we know them now, so thats just fictional.
Several teams had phases of dominance in 1.6, beginning with teams like SK or eoL, followed up by coL around 2004 i think leading towards mTw.dk, mouz and fnatic, who battled themselves troughout 2006-2008ish and played the best level of cs ever in my book until today in terms of tactics, teamplay and coordination. If you see IEM World Finals, IEM Dubai f.e. as a major, mouz won several in that spam, so did fnatic/mTw.dk. Golden5 (Pentagram/MeetYourMakers/ESC Gaming and so on) were always around, hard to pinpoint them. There are other teams not named of course.
That went on until cyx died for mouz, which meant the end of this era aswell as players as Sunde/ave retiring for mTw.dk. During that time of the "old guard" stepping away, NaVi took that empty space and dominated the last bit of 1.6, but it wasnt the "best" era anymore in terms of competition, lots of players retired (hard to live by it back then, most studied/worked next to doing that) and new wave of great players came in tho, like karrigan who was a beast.
NaVi was great in their era, but like I said, not the best team ever, not by any scale in terms of winnings, competition and longevity. CSGO came around 2012, so their era wasnt that long in reality. Still love markeloff. <3 My 2 cents.
de_train (cs 1.6) for Na`Vi 2010
de_train (cs:go) for Natus Vincere
de_inferno (cs 1.6) for Na`Vi 2010
de_inferno (cs:go) for Natus Vincere
de_tuscan (cs 1.6) for Na`Vi 2010
de_dust2 (cs:go) for Na`Vi 2010
Na`Vi 2010 4-2 Natus Vincere
2020 navi should win easy, only because old fellas retired and 2020 navi practice and play much more cs and should have better skills in nowadays cs, but in other way its 2020 Navi so should be interesting :D
Logically theres no reason to pick 2010 unless your're going for a tie. Basically all of them are retired were as all of the 2020 players are active and in somewhat decent form. Theres no way 2020 lose any of the csgo maps and they should have a decent chance of taking atleast one 1.6 map
Betting knife kill on all three csgo maps.
Will there be some weird rules for this? In csgo, old team should have no chance, but it would be a boring exhibition match if they just sweep them 3-0, so tempting with +1.5
I would bet something like this. But it's going to be a shame for the brand if the Navi 2020 lose even a single map to 5 retired players that were never that great in CSGO. Most probably 3x3 with each team dominating their own game. Excellent narrative, respect both legacies and suitable for bets. Win-win
2.1 odds on navi 2020 in cs 1.6
ez 3-0 in cs 1.6 and 3-0 cs go navi 2020
or this matchfix
imagine betting navi 2010 vs 2020 lul
they only can beat cis streamers, but navi 2020 is not streamers lul
I find it ridiculous that the young guys from the CSGO roster are underdogs on 1.6 maps, most of the 2010 didn't touch the game for 10 years, most of them don't even play CS:GO anymore. No matter how good they were back then, the young squad should smack them in both games i think
1) "didn't touch the game for 10 years" - hltv.org/matches/2341319/navi-2010-vs-ci.. they throw only 8 rounds in 1.6 sooo they touch it at least at May XD.
2) if we talk about only 1.6 part, flamie have 3 hr in 1.6, boomich have 12 hr, so you know they don't need to touch 1.6 so hard to win at least 1 map.
You're not the only one :D I kind of stand him a bit since once I actually felt like some of his co-workers bullied him because he predicted one match differently. I mean its not that big of a deal but getting bullied by your co-workers is not that nice imo. I felt so bad for pimp I kind of started liking him :D lmao
yes all 6 maps will be played
Edit: or maybe im wrong, it just doesnt show that its bo6 on the matchpage, but when u click on the ''Showmatch'' and there u select ''matches'' u can see it says bo6....
Hltv nerds: Showmatch can't be fixed
Also them: usual matches can't be fixed
Players: Okay they think it can't be fixed cuz we "maybe" lose career after that but let's grab some $$$
And it happens day by day
Matchfix doesn't exist, trust me bro
Thank you. I think CS skill translates over between the games, it just took the zoomers a map to get used to the different movement and mechanics etc, the principles are the same. The zoomers are obv better because they're active, younger, playing at a higher level. But it's still good to see the boomers having fun.
both of this navi 2010 or 2020 with this form in 2009 not gonna win even vs some tier3 random french team, dont even talk lmao. in terms of skill this is right now some semi-pro match in asus nonpro moscow, probably final. like fbgaming vs any ruski mix. and maybe even lower. seized's mix in 2010 can fuck both of this navi with this form. guys didnt play 1.6 for years, their form is shit, just pure shit. if u think otherwise and cant see it u r a retard
Never watched 1.6 pro games back in the days, but even I can tell that this was far away from the 2010 level.
I have 5-8k hrs in 1.6 and I didnt know anything about pro players. All I knew was that no matter what server you join, you see someone had name Markeloff or Forest :D
sorry couldn't watch 1.6. (from 2000-2010 I was more a wc3 fan). Cuz you couldn't even see when you kill someone so many animations are missing in 1.6 that fucked my mind.
Hope now with csgo I can finally watch it.
I kept saying that ever since he lost weight and performed on flamie level but with much higher impact in clutch sutiations and crucial rounds, still got kicked, he probably cried that day, what an undeserved kick.
talking about urself? mosons, conspiracies, ufo? the truth is out there, gj!
write some kind of shit and talking about shit, still sitting in this thread, watching the match and answering to people.
as i said, brainwashed kid with deep syndrome. lul.
