I am pretty sure faveN would be more than happy to play with the same contract gade has. Why would he take down the proposition just to rot in a tier 3 sprout and fix some matches instead of having a good future in tier 1. Plus, OG has a lot better potential on major with it's current roster than BIG with gade.They have already proven that by reaching finals on IEM summer and semi-finals on EPL. Meanwhile, BIG has shown us nothing with gade, other than shitting vs every team possible.

best heroic can get is 9th place -> +1250 points -> would result in them having 2910 points only 3 EU teams can get themselves a legend spot, top 3 are currently G2 (min. 3046 Pts so far) NiP (min. 2894 Pts so far) Vitality (min 2886 Pts so far) there's also Astralis in contention for legends - they got min. 2430 Pts. so yes, theoretically they can still become legends BUT its only possible if Astralis loses to Fiend AND G2 loses to Ence AND Vitality loses to CPH Flames AND NiP loses to movistar riders so pretty impossible if we are honest

If either NIP or Vitality place 8th, Astralis doesn't place higher than 5th, and Heroic places 9th, they have a legend slot (2910 RMR). If CPH Flames, Fiend, Movistar Riders and Ence all place 6th or higher, OG places 9th and Heroic places 12th, Heroic gets Contender Status. This is also the condition for mouse to miss the Major, minus Heroics placement doesn't matter to them, as long as Big secure a placement 11th or higher.

Not every lost bet is a matchfix. Sometimes teams play bad and make mistakes. Part of competitive sport. Heroic played very poorly and lost their advantages, I agree, but that's doesnt mean its matchfix just because losing bettors want to justify the loss. I know Heroic doesn't have as much to play for, but damn they're proving themselves to be such onliners at this event, which I knew before but this is so much worse than I thought. Look at the whiffs from Cadian in that overtime for example. He loses them the first T round by dying to an m4 from ramp while awping from site. In the final round he fails to hold secret push, and then whiffs on kito after kito wasted like 7 bullets on him. Loses a 4 v 2 on the t side LMAO. The only guy who looked good this event was sjuush imo, the others had multiple whiffs that'd never happen if the game was played online. Damn it has to suck to know that you actually suck on LAN, and LAN is back.

Heroic will still probably win 2 1 and I still want to see them over 1 full year on LAN before I make my opinion. They are still getting quite good results, especially compared to the other teams. I heavily doubt the 2-1 here, 2-0 for big as they'll be motivated, they have something to play for but Heroic are already qualified (and the way they lost map 1, anyone would be tilted). This roster has proven to be a lot better online though. I think their match history against Astralis is a perfect, picture clear example. Astralis 2-0's them in the previous LAN event, and here they won again on LAN in the bo1, it shouldn't have been as close, Astralis simply failed to quickly close their huge lead out. Online however, Heroic trashes them everytime. That says something, it says a lot to be honest. They obviously lack confidence on LAN, and they probably know that the whole community see's them as the old ''onlinesports'', aka mousesports with chrisJ and Allu, but that roster proved themselves, especially ''onlineJ'' aka chrisJ, on LAN. Heroic has failed at every attempt thus far however, and I can't say it'll get better from here. With a huge, mostly Swedish crowd at the major, I see no way that they suddenly perform like when they were the best team in the world for a while. There's no way.
