I get you, my friend. And I get that it does feel extremely bad. What is done is done, nothing can change that, and you will carry these experiences with you for the rest of your life. These experiences have shaped us into who we are. I guess what I want to say is: Don't let this or these losing sessions define you. You are more than these losses. So much more! I've gambled away a couple $1000+ bankrolls. Granted, it was profit from previous games, but still not fun. I've lost relationships due to tilt, almost gone to jail for some nights due to raging tilted, done damage to myself and my future due to tilt. Is it worth it? When I take a break, it's just a couple days and life looks completely different. No stress, no sweating, no unknown factors defining my mood and day, no trusting my money on complete strangers in a game that could for all intents and purposes be rigged/fixed, no punishing myself and treating myself like shit due to feeling like shit. Why is it we cannot just enjoy the game anymore? What happened along the way? Why can't we relate anymore with the people who don't bet and just watch the games for entertainment? Why cannot we just give ourselves a break? As you see, it's not as simple as it seems on the surface. Gambling. What are we doing to ourselves? :)
