RC EMS Cup #2 down to final four

February 21st, 2013 00:16

The dust has settled for day one of the RaidCall EMS One Cup #2 with NiP, 3DMAX, Epsilon and Imaginary Gaming making their way to the final four.

Today's matches already saw some upsets as Imaginary Gaming, playing without Steeve "Ozstrik3r" Flavigni, managed to take down VeryGames on de_mirage_csgo with a 16-12 score.

Other notable teams who fell short are n!faculty, who requested Epsilon's demos after defeat with no effect on the result, and Sam "RattlesnK" Gawn's Overrated Individuals, who were knocked out by NiP.

Can f0rest's NiP guarantee a spot at RC EMS One by winning tomorrow?

We have also added the full bracket for RaidCall EMS One Cup #2 right here on HLTV.org, and you can view all the results simply by clicking here. Finally, both GOTV demos and statistics will be added soon.

Schedule for tomorrow looks as follows:

19:00 Sweden Epsilon vs. France Imaginary Gaming BO1
20:00 Sweden Ninjas in Pyjamas vs. Slovakia 3DMAX BO1
21:00 Grand final BO3

Although GOTV will not be available, ESL TV will be casting all the remaining games and streams will also be available in other languages for the non-English speaking audience.

Feel free to actually prove their guilt - if not, you should probably consider shutting your mouth towards the Epsilon-team.

2013-02-21 02:42
So ex-epsilon member, Will your team lose on purpose?
2013-02-21 09:21
Yes, I talked to them earlier today. They are going to loose this match on purpose. Retardnation on HLTV.org as usual.

2013-02-21 00:47
2013-02-21 09:21
Thanks bro , seems like people wants to hold cheaters winning money. They won't go LAN and if they do they will be smashed. The worst thing is that being money tournaments at the internet these guys are laughing at everyone and taking up the money. I watched n! match and n! were also whining. In the second map, mirage they were like gods.

What is the next lan for Epsilon?
2013-02-21 00:46
Korea ws0
LAN.. Epsilon.. I think you expect too much from them. They couldn't beat an OPEN team on LAN.
2013-02-21 01:09
I dont expect anything from them. They are kids. They probably arent allowed to go abroad for their parents
2013-02-21 01:57

Grats on another online tournament win I guess Epsilon, cheating scum bags.
2013-02-21 03:13
Worst thing is that when they finally is going to attend a lan it is with 3 standins. But I like it. They only needed to add schneider to take down teams that have got the same 5 roster since the beginning of the game.
2013-02-21 08:13
fuck off ozstriker
2013-02-21 08:44
no ozstr1ker = win
2013-02-21 09:32
LowLandLions 16 - 1 LDLC OMG?
2013-02-21 10:04
Norway DaY-
Isnt it a bit unfair that teams like Wizards, LDLC, Gamed!ed, k1ck etc get automatically top16/10pts every cup because of the invite? It pretty much means that if they win _one_ match during the 4 qualcups they will be 90% ready for the groupstage.. Why dont ESL fill out the cup with 8 more teams from A-series? :)
2013-02-21 11:47
Norway DaY-
Actually its very possible for them to advance to the groupstage with 40pts without winning one single game in any cup.. =>
2013-02-21 11:56
They didn't receive an invite - they were picked because they finished in the top 8 of the previous ESL Major Series season. In the future, the top 8 of the previous EMS One season will be seeded.
2013-02-21 12:28
Norway DaY-
Picked/invited whats the different? My point is that the system is favouring them alot. The fact that they also get to pick map in their first match(R16) every cup doesnt help either..
2013-02-21 12:36
They did top8 at last EMS, did you? Then go A-Series and win it. I'm probably sure that any of those teams will stomp you. It also depends too much in the brackets.
2013-02-21 14:02
Norway DaY-
Im not saying they shouldnt be invited to the cups, im saying its stupid that they get WO's in RO32. Have a nice day fucker.
2013-02-21 14:23
So? Win your A-series, you will be qualified and you will also win points in 32 RO. Nice day , u jealous?
2013-02-21 14:42
Noone was invited. It is part of our tournament structure that the 8 finalists of the previous season as well as the national ESL Pro Series champions directly qualify for all four cups. They are one part of the field of participants, the A-Series teams are the other part. The Pro Teams get directly to round 2 because it's actually intended that they play a strong role in the cups - after all, their purpose is to create a contineous storyline. I understand that you might be more interested in other teams than Wizards et al... just wait for Season 2. :)
2013-02-21 14:50
Norway DaY-
Apparently I have to explain this a bit easier so guys can understand.. Imagine a Champions League system where the quarterfinalists last year starts with 3 points in the groupstage this year. Michel Platini: "Since we want a contineous storyline, last years quarterfinalists will start with 3 points in the groupstage this year since we want them to play a strong role in the cup." Thats almost how retarded your comment sounds like.
2013-02-21 15:05
so, teams that were playing ESL in css/1.6 is getting a direct invite/10 free points every cup, and everyone who didn't play ESL in css/1.6 gotta fight for the remaining spots. That just doesn't sound right to me. I get that this is the way they have chosen to do it, but i just think its terrible. Imagine if overrated individuals doesn't make it because wizards get free points every cup :D

couldnt agree more =)

I wonder when Epsilon will be removed. Never have i seen more online players, it started from the SY_B time with Schneider & flusha, who just sucked on lan BIG time - didnt even pass the groups @ Thor open or made it to the main tournament at dh, but here they are, raping every team online as usual, and with 2 new awesome super internet players in xelos & jw, it couldnt be better! The EMS is allready looking for me as a big joke, and the admins from ESL will never change, do a wire/config bug and noob german teams will make a protest, and you will lose on WO. retards =) GL to NiP!
2013-02-21 13:03
Says the biggest Noob ever in cs historY both offline and online. The only reason you have a team is because you are good at talking to organisations and everyone knows this, you where always the biggest joke in 1.6 and you have remained so in csgo
2013-02-21 13:16
Denmark crZy
actually i remained the opposite in CS:GO ! But im glad to see you followed my games, means alot bro <3
2013-02-21 13:25
Hahahhahahahahahahahaha -59 on 9 maps ur as bad as ozstriker get real newbie. Atleast flusha Schneider jw etc are high up on the ranking and they've been on lan too. Just face it you are and has always been the biggest newbie in Denmark. Haha "remained the opposite in csgo" Good one Sir.
2013-02-21 13:35
I never defend crZy but you are a completely retard defending those cheaters winning money. They have been in LAN and they even went through qualifiers. They are all friends of SYB and the team of BENDJI etc...everyone is cheating. Where is BENDJI best in the world Mr.?
2013-02-21 14:07
hltv.org/?pageid=183&eventid=1022&gameid.. btw, they have performed on lan
2013-02-21 13:42
Denmark crZy
you are linking 1 match from them, and as far as i know, it was an online qualifier TO the lan. - alot of matches are actually missing from recent official matches =) like for example HKLAN. But once you can stop faking accounts on hltv (maybe its wmb or some of the epsilon guys itself) we can have a real conversation. Yet im still very flattered that you follow me so much, maybe you can like fb.com/crZyCSGO aswell? flusha schneider jw etc are high up on the rankings, because they are internet players, all have been busted for cheats or use of organner - multiple times. good day
2013-02-21 13:59
Nope it was played at dreamhack maybe a gosu player or flusha can approve that ut was. I mean they perform better then u online and offline so who are you to open your mouth yeah im wmb, rofl.

hltv.org/?pageid=188&matchid=12504&ref=d.. < thats from my last 1.6 lan - my northcon sure wasnt good, happens. My hklan was very decent, Sad there wasnt stats though. hltv.org/?pageid=188&teamid=3922&eventid.. There you can take flusha from lan - 3 matches . hltv.org/?pageid=246&playerid=3055&event.. Or here :) Yet again, they can beat NiP and any other team online - but only get a few rounds on lan, makes sense now?
2013-02-21 14:10
Imaginary Gaming and 3DMAX in the final ? would be so nice hah
