NiP, Na`Vi, more to SLTV StarSeries V

NiP Gaming, Natus Vincere, Virtus.pro and ESC Gaming have clinched spots at SLTV StarSeries V finals to be held on April 4-7th at Kiev's CyberSports ARENA.

NiP topped the group stage with a 13-1 record, only losing to second place finishers Natus Vincere who had to surrender three times against zNation, fnatic and Virtus.pro.

Third place finishers are last season's runner-ups Virtus.pro, who achieved a 10-1-3 record, tying fnatic and losing against NiP, ESC Gaming and mousesports early on in the season.

kuben, Loord & co get a chance to defend their season IV championship

The final spot went went to Polish ESC Gaming, defending season IV champions, who advance over zNation who were tied in points due to a head-to-head win earlier on in the season.

This brings the four team list for SLTV StarSeries V finals, which will take place on April 4-7th at CyberSports ARENA in Kiev, Ukraine to:

NiP Gaming	Natus Vincere
Virtus.pro	ESC Gaming

SLTV StarSeries V finals will be held in a double elimination best-of-three bracket and will feature a $13,500 prize pool, with an additional $1,500 being given out to teams who didn't make finals:

1. $6,000
2. $3,000
3. $2,500
4. $2,000
5. zNation - $500
6. ALTERNATE - $400
7. fnatic - $350
8. mousesports - $250

HLTV.org will provide coverage from SLTV StarSeries V from home, but we will still have hot matches, GOTVs (if possible) as well as full statistics from the event.

NiP will win.

Yes, almost the same. Techlabs was 1) 8000, 2) 4000 3) 2000 4) 1000 = 15k$ Same as this one, except the 1.5k going to teams that didn't reach top 4.

haha interesting situation NiP gonna take 1st for sure, I don't see ESC or VP stopping them for now. Na`Vi is not that good for this atm, as we saw previously.But it's BO3 I believe, so Na`Vi has more chances than at TC. GL teams!

VP beated ESC twice by a confortable margin, and Na'Vi were clear not to par with any team out of the 3 so, cant really see how a bo3 can change so much

Really is hard to predict. Although it's likely NiP will win, it's anybody's guess who will be joining them in the final. Gonna say: 1. NiP 2. Na'Vi 3. ESC 4. VP reverse of techlabs.

damn. NiP and ESC are busy. Copenhagen, Starseries, then like a week after that they have to travel to dallas for ESEA LAN finals. edit: that is if ESC can come, which i hope they do.
