TCM mix win Radeon Offensive #2

TCM-Gaming came out on top of the second edition of the AMD RADEON Offensive after beating Western Wolves 16-4 in the grand final.

Helped by French ace Richard "shoxie" Papillon and by Slovakian starlet Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács, both of whom are currently free agents, TCM had already given an amazing account of themselves in the first day, beating Western Wolves and Absolute Legends with 2-0 scorelines to progress to the final of this double-elimination tournament.

On the lower side of the bracket, Wolves defeated dotpiXels 2-1 before playing a three-map thriller with Absolute Legends, with the Copenhagen Games runners-up taking the victory after multiple overtimes on de_nuke_se.

GuardiaN helped TCM to secure top prize

Having come from the Upper Bracket, TCM-Gaming required just one map to win the tournament, and this European mix, with Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow as a stand-in for Dimitrios "stavros" Smoilis, made light work of Wolves - who also used a stand-in throughout the day as Sebastian "isenbo" Riising replaced Nicolaj "Nico" Jensen, although the star AWPer made it back in time for the final.

In the end, TCM picked up a 16-4 victory in this one-sided match on de_inferno_se after going into the break with a comfortable 13-2 lead on the CT side.

so who gets the cash, ange1 or stavros? :P
2013-04-22 00:06
This team is fucking good. strux1, cLy and stavros are one of the best players in germany and was successfull in madcatz while other german teams like aTTaX, n! failed. Hope to see more. GL
2013-04-22 00:08
so im waiting for gurdian to explain how the hell they were communicating :P 1 slovak,1 french,1 turkish,1 greek,1 german(ofc the previous 2 speak german) and 1 ukranian :D
2013-04-22 00:38
English?
2013-04-22 00:40
ive seen other nationality-mixed teams communicating with english but it always seems to have problems with it!! and french and russian-speaking people arent famous for their english speaking abilities. but i guess i thought wrong. its cool that you've won against the top2 team in the world right now :)
2013-04-22 00:44
Well, im not a russian talking guy, its slovak. And shoxies english is pretty cool and good, we hadnt any problem in communication. The rest of mix are really experienced as well. As you see, we were able to play as good as we were able to
2013-04-22 00:46
yeah i'm actually impressed, especially at the finals. everyone knows that WW are good and about russian speaking i was referring at angel
2013-04-22 00:48
People are really underestimating players english i feel. GG WP GuardiaN!
2013-04-22 00:49
i know its easier said than done but you all should give this team a try :D it was just awesome too watch and to cheer for you <3 well played and deserved win =) e: i mean of course with stavros instead of ange1 =)

2013-04-22 07:28
WW are barely top3 anymore imo. 1. NiP 2. VP/VG 3. Quantic/WW 4. rest..
2013-04-22 01:17
let me fix that for you 1-nip 2-vp 3-ww 4-vg 5-quantic bye
2013-04-22 06:25
VP have not beaten VG yet, so I can not see why they should be top 2 :} - true, they've beaten NiP, but as far is I know VG have beaten VP, and so has WW.

they won against them at lan :)
2013-04-22 10:45
vp didnt play vs vg @ lan.
2013-04-22 14:38
vg only won vs nostalgie mix with 3 VP players @ madcatz lan.
2013-04-22 14:55
vp won ww in a bo3 and beat nip which is like overkill, but yea i guess its tied between them and ww
2013-04-22 22:02
HAHAHAHA WW>VG after wining one map in Consolidation Final? OK so VP>NIP after winning SLTV haha troll everywhere
2013-04-22 16:41
?ww finished 2nd at madcatz and 2nd at cph games while very games finished 3rd and 4th ...and vg lost to quantic..
2013-04-22 22:01
you dont know what will be result quantic vs WW. Still two events in one year good for WW are not enough to get them TOP3.
2013-04-22 22:08
FINALLY, SOMEONE WHO REALLY KNOWS ABOUT THE REAL TOP AND NOT TALKING SHIT, THIS REALLY IS TOP3, gj 2face
2013-04-23 10:01
the Greek and the Turk live in Germany and speak German. So there are 3 people speaking German.
2013-04-22 01:20
obviously cly, stavros and struxie are all speaking german. but when they play with guardian & shoxie or whoever it will be english.
2013-04-22 14:44
wow. either keep this mix going for awhile and experiment or form a more french team. GL guys
2013-04-22 00:55

2013-04-22 05:17
who?cLy and struxi who never achieved anything at lan?yea they are superstars
2013-04-22 06:24
they'd surely achieve something with this mixteam on lan
2013-04-22 07:11
they were the best german team at Mad Catz Vienna.
2013-04-22 14:41
god mode
2013-04-22 05:25
cLy stepping up, now this would be a big boost to the team. Promising line-up with stavros there, and considering how 'passionate' GuardiaN/shoxie are,the team would do wonders. GL.
2013-04-22 07:04
GG, if they only can communicate without any doubts, theyll be top 5 easily.
