SNOGARD Dragons have confirmed that they have closed their doors with immediate effect.
The decision comes as a huge surprise as SNOGARD Dragons had announced changes to their CS:GO division just weeks ago with a view to the EPS relegation.
However, the difficult financial situation that the organisation's sponsors - particularly head sponsor SNOGARD Computer GmbH - are going through have forced the management to close down the project.
This is the second big German organisation to close their doors since the start of the year after mTw ceased all operations in January.
SNOGARD Dragons' former team, who have in former mTw and ALTERNATE ace Patrick "KRAEUTERHUMPEN" Jakobi their brightest star, failed to qualify for the next EPS season after losing to w4sp and teamkr.de in the relegation stage.
The German team are currently known as Fairplay and have the following lineup:
Christopher "crovex" Mück
Manuel "FRANKiE" Andre
Bahadir "j1n" Dilbas
Robin "r0bs3n" Stephan
Patrick "KRAEUTERHUMPEN" Jakobi
