Dignitas bring in HenryG

Dignitas have announced that they have completed their CS:GO squad with the addition of Henry "HenryG" Greer.

The British team had been on the lookout for a new player since losing George "hudzG" Hoskins to Anexis at the end of April.

The news came as a heavy blow to Dignitas as the team had lost one of their most experienced players right after a disappointing campaign at Mad Catz Birmingham, leaving Joshua "steel" Nissan with the task of picking up the pieces.

Shortly after Hoskins' departure, Henry "HenryG" Greer was seen practicing with the team, and Dignitas have now formalised the move.

steel's Dignitas complete again

Greer brings a wealth of experience to the fold, having played for CGS franchise London Mint and for teams like 4Kings and Crack Clan during his CS:Source career.

"Really stoked to be playing with the lads at Team Dignitas," Greer told Dignitas' website. "We've got a great balance of young raw-talent and old haggard bodies like mine to guide them the way.

"We'll be attending every event possible this summer and it'd be great to roll back the years and cause some upsets along the way.

"Thanks to the management and Team Dignitas' great sponsors for the support."

Dignitas' lineup now consists of:

Canada Joshua "steel" Nissan
United Kingdom Somprasert "som" Haddow
United Kingdom Tom "vertiGo" Rockliffe
United Kingdom James "PEZ" Perrott
United Kingdom Henry "HenryG" Greer

Steel is supposedly coming back to NA at the end of this month, so this is sort of pointless.

Won't last long. HenryG think he's too awesome for praccing. I'll give them about one month before he'll retire again.

Another ridicolous lineup from "steel"...he doesn't get tired of the same time and time and time...get over it and go away

Anexis aren't bad but they aren't incredible as they should and can be. They are unstable from the moment they started playing together. can't even remember how many lineup changes they've made, and let's agree on one thing - stable Anexis would buttfuck 95% of the teams out there, and no, don't tell me they already do because they aren't.

They're close though? Beaten VeryGames once, and lost narrowly another time. Also had some very close matches with NiP, fnatic etc. Hopefully, they keep improving and cause some upsets over the Summer.

They also had good matches as mouz with prb and stingeR.. it doesn't mean anything since they are changing lineup so often.. and in CS, even one player change is a lot because you need to build your teamplay all over again. Yes, they can be great, but they need to be stable first and stick to one GOOD lineup.
2013-05-10 15:39
too many changes in all of european and worldwide CS:GO line ups ...
2013-05-09 22:29
