fnatic secure ESWC spot
After quite a hectic day filled with default wins and DDOS attacks in the ESWC 2013 European Qualifiers, fnatic have managed to come out on top, defeating their compatriots highgrade with 2-0.
With five teams already confirming their spot in Paris, European Qualifiers were set to determine another participant for the upcoming Electronic Sports World Cup.
Following the recent roster changes in the Danish scene, with Jacob "Pimp" Winneche sealing a move to Copenhagen Wolves, Team AWESOME were unable to register their fifth player for the event, which resulted in their default loss against highgrade.
On the other side of the bracket, fnatic had some hiccups in their matches, losing a map on the way against both ENCE and Clan-Mystik, while the official ESEA stream against the Finns was ended abruptly following a series of DDOS attacks.
