ENCE eSports have been crowned LanTrek champions following a 2-0 victory over Menace.
Held inside Tampere's Exhibition And Sports Centre, the 2014 edition of LanTrek attracted a total of dez teams, who battled it out for the top prize of €2,000.
ENCE, who were red-hot favourites to win the tournament, boasting a lineup with players like Joona "natu" Leppänen and Niko "naSu" Kovanen, had some unexpected trouble in the group stage and came in second place after losing to Menace 16-10 in the Upper bracket final, before easing past Paranoia 16-1 in the Consolidation final.
In the playoffs, the former 4w team moved past manoAmano and Cursive with 2-0 scorelines to set up an interesting match against Menace in the grand final.

This time around, ENCE put in a great performance and settled the matter on just two maps, beating Menace 16-11 on de_inferno and 16-6 on de_dust2 to run out 2-0 victors and scoop the top prize.
