ENCE to skip DH Summer
ENCE eSports veteran Joona "natu" Leppänen has announced that his team have pulled out of DreamHack Summer due to personal reasons.
The Finnish side were due to play their first match in Jönköping on Saturday afternoon against Epsilon, with Ninjas in Pyjamas and Berzerk completing the group.
However, Leppänen took to Twitter this evening to inform that ENCE will not be able to attend the Swedish event because of "a family tragedy".
natu & co to skip DH Summer
ENCE are now the second team to skip DH Summer, which will feature a prize purse of $30,000, following TEAMGLOBAL's withdrawal.
"We regret to inform no DH for us, a family tragedy within hours of departure to a team member," Leppänen wrote.
"No further comments for privacy reasons."
DreamHack has not yet commented on the situation, but it seems likely that a fourth team will come from the BYOC qualifier to replace ENCE.
