Planetkey win EPS Germany Summer

Planetkey Dynamics won EPS Germany Summer 2014 following a 2-1 victory against mousesports in the final.

The four best teams from the regular EPS season convened on Saturday at ESL TV's studio in Cologne and battled it out for the title of Germany's strongest sides and the €4,000 cheque that came with it.

With Andre "nooky" Utesch playing his last event, mousesports got off to a great start and fended off the threat of German-Danish mixture Playing Ducks on just two maps, with Aleksi "allu" Jalli taking the plaudits as he picked up an impressive +29 F/D rating.

EPS Finals were nooky's last event

On the other half of the bracket, defending champions mTw were simply no match for Planetkey Dynamics, who had two players in stunning form, Hendrik "strux1" Goetzendorff and Johannes "nex" Maget.

In the grand final, Planetkey Dynamics claimed bragging rights first and won de_dust2 with a 16-13 scoreline. On de_inferno, it looked like the former /10/ side would seal victory after taking a 10-5 lead at the break, but a great CT display from mousesports saw Chris "chrisJ" de Jong's side win the map 16-14.

On de_mirage, mouz continued in the same manner and took the CT side 10-5, even winning the following pistol round. But then it all fell apart for them as Planetkey put up round after round to eventually clinch the EPS title with a 16-12 win.

Will you post the stats? Wanna see how ChrisJ did
2014-09-06 20:55
do you even read "but a great CT display from mousesports saw Chris "chrisJ" de Jong's side win the map 16-14."
2014-09-06 20:57
Nah, ChrisJ played shit by his online standards. He's just mediocre, all of the plays he did were simply ok. There just wasn't any ChrisJ magic happening anymore.

that doesnt mean he cant cheat when he is at home lol fuck logic
2014-09-06 21:24
HLTV brains don't have a second gear, you're either good or you cheat. And yes he still has the VAC ban, and no he didn't hack in this match.
2014-09-06 23:10
disagree. I known some good players who use cheats sometimes to get an extra edge, its not either this or this.
2014-09-07 00:30
Why don't you do something about this rather than letting them get away with it?
2014-09-07 00:49
"In this match"...you know it was on LAN, right?
2014-09-07 07:05
Im adressing this false statement, "you're either good or you cheat" not this match in particular
2014-09-07 08:54
disagree. you can be good and cheat. same goes for education and all other areas of life.
2014-09-07 23:38
neither does it mean that he didnt cheat this match.

the match was on LAN , how'd you expect him to cheat ? Retard
2014-09-07 09:47
you know, you can actually cheat at lan. obviously he is not gonna sit there with wallhack but silent aimbot or triggerbot can easily be brought to lan. "retard" :D

and you think nobody's gonna suspect that he's triggerbotting or silent aimbotting ? They are not silvers alright ? "RETARD"
2014-09-08 15:54
how would they know? cheats are able to self-delete upon injection and he can just disable silent aimbot/trigger if anybody suspects anything and re-enable. and in regards to #196: "nobody would take the risk of cheating during finals of a big tournament" big tournament? it's eps germany lel and why would he NOT take the risk when theres money on the line? :D im not saying he was/is cheating at eps, im just saying its not impossible as many people claim it to be. including yourself: "the match was on LAN , how'd you expect him to cheat ? Retard" did that stop that brazilian retard from toggling esp on/off during brazilian ESWC qualifiers? no. and has it ever stopped anyone else? not really. if people cheat and want to win money, you can be sure that they might try and find a way to also cheat on lans.

when you are a suspected cheater online, you wouldn't take the risk of cheating on lan because a lot of eyes are on you ready to take you down as soon as they suspect something is fishy.
2014-09-09 09:55
im gonna say it again because apparently you didnt read my reply. they wouldnt be able to spot something fishy because silent aimbot isnt able to be spotted, neither is triggerbot. and even if they could, he could just disable his cheat once the admins wanted to try his PC. it's really not as difficult as you think it is =)

and wouldn't that disabled cheat show up on the taskbar as a minimised or something ? im sorry but i dont hack so i really dont know how it works..
2014-09-10 07:25
it would not, no. admins wouldnt even be able to find the files as most lan cheats delete themselves when injected. you dont need to minimize an .exe to be able to cheat. even VAC would detect that shit lol.

eventhough many have cheated on lan , nobody would take the risk during the finals of a big tournament especially if you are accused of cheating ONLINE and also VAC BANNED. (i'm talking about cLy)

Irony -Mouz can't beat an euro top 25 team on lan. But they win online tournaments against top 5 teams. -Mouz is the proverbial "onliner" team, with a player that destroys entire teams online, and is "meh" on lan. However Planetkey has a vac banned player that has been the most consistent player on the 3 final maps. /irony
2014-09-06 20:58
"-Mouz can't beat an euro top 25 team on lan." Except when they beat VP 16-9 and took fnatic into OT in the 3rd map at G3. HLTV doesn't like to talk about that though.

Chris is a good player and deserves more support and respect that kids here can give him. It is what it is both online/offline, I don't see anyone here playing better or winning more than him at cs, so why the constant bash ? Just enjoy the game, better times for mouz and chris will come, eventually.

So many retards in this thread. Only 6 kills less than Allu over 3 maps, but because he finished 5/5 on his team you guys make out that he did infinitely worse than the rest of his team.

hltv kidz, what do you expect.

Online he's basically 1v5'ing top teams, at LAN he's literally not even half the player vs sub-par competition. It's kinda hard to take mouz seriously after this.

How can someone with a VAC ban still play? So you can just cheat get VAC change acc and still play in a high level competition? Even ETF2L has better rules....
