x6tence pick up ex-OverGaming

x6tence have announced that they have completed the signing of the former OverGaming team.

Earlier today, the Spanish team had parted company with OverGaming, to whom they had been tied for the last three months, after receiving a better offer from another organisation.

It has now been confirmed that Jonathan "MusambaN1" Torrent & company have linked up with x6tence, who returned to activity last month with a Call of Duty division after a one-year hiatus following financial problems.

Kairi & co to don x6tence's colours

The Spanish team, who were recently eliminated from StarSeries XI following defeats against NiP and Virtus.pro, will be in attendance at the Iberian ESWC qualifier, in Vila Nova de Gaia, this weekend.

x6tence now have the following CS:GO division:

Spain Jonathan "MusambaN1" Torrent
Spain Antonio "FlipiN" Rivas del Rey
Spain David "Kairi" de Miguel
Spain Alejandro "ALEX" Masanet
Spain Christian "loWel" Garcia Antoran

can mean 'number 1' or 'nice one'. depends on the context it is used in.
2014-10-01 01:06
no1 or no.1 would mean "number one" n1 = Nice one. and context? ppl just put n1 as the first comment, not in any context, simply saying n1, which of course, is alright. But then kids started to think it meant number one, cuz people kept posting it and randomly happend to be the first one to comment...
2014-10-01 01:27
+1 kids everywhere
2014-10-01 01:29
gettin too old for the internet, and I'm still in my 20's... :{
2014-10-01 01:29
same here the problem is that 70% of csgo community are made by this bunch of kids, thats why i quit playing this game... low mentality
2014-10-01 01:31
I'll use the phrase I saw here on HLTV once, which is hilarious. "Some people, which happens to be most of the gaming community nowadays, are immune to logic."
2014-10-01 01:35
hilarious and sad at the same time... valve are trying to make this game bigger, atracting new players, etc... but theyre atracting just kids with less than 13 y.o with that skins and stuff.. what really matters isnt quantity but quality, the community nowadays is a fucking joke, 400k watching the cologne final, 300k where skinshunters and more 50k of little kids that have poor mentality ty valve, u fucked up the scene, again !
2014-10-01 01:42
See how long valve would be willing to support csgo without skins lmao. The whole reason they added them is because they weren't making enough money off of the playerbase.
2014-10-01 02:32
they supported cs 1.6 for like 13 years without any skin or the fucking stuff, whats the problem now ? the point is, if they need to create skins, to atract this bunch of kids to the game just to make the prizepool bigger, then i and others thousands of people who like a healty community wants back the 35k major times and the skins and the stupid stuff out... i know that its all about money, but lets face the truth, the community nowadays doesnt have 3% of the quality of the old times, every place u meet idiots with poor mentality... this com is diseased as fuck bro !
2014-10-01 02:41
Ever since tf2 valve have been making cash cow games. Dota2, tf2, and csgo are all cash cows for them. If csgo stops making money from skins, they'll stop supporting it.
2014-10-01 03:13
this is the point, nowadays they think more about the money than about the game

I have no idea what it was like watching a CS 1.6 Tournament but frankly I can tell you that I am a newbie to the CS series and I really enjoyed watching the past 3 majors as well as some of the other smaller tournaments. With regards to the skins issue, well, times have changed and I have to admit there are pros and cons regarding these skins, it helps to make the game stand out compared to other FPS and it helps to attract more players (like me, but I do enjoy watching the tournaments because of the highly skilled players in action there.) I do have to admit though, part of this community is horrible, but it seems to be the case with most games these days, look at LoL and Dota 2 for instance. Its not just one game anymore. This is just my 2 cents worth, and this is coming from an Asian player who barely has a year of experience playing CS. In fact, my first CS game was CSGO, but I don't think I'll see myself stopping anytime soon, despite me raging over poor teammates in matchmaking.
2014-10-01 07:42
I created an account just to answer you (huh huh). I have to disagree here. I am always very doubtful when one evokes the "good old times". I was a CS1.6 player, I even played the beta 6, a lonnng time ago. And the community has always been composed of kids and whining players, with a very poor mentality, for a very good amount of players. It was the same during beta 6, 7, 1.6, Source, and CS GO. No, this was not better before. This is a game, and people play it not only because it's fun, but because they can put all their feelings and frustrations into it, and because it becomes a very important part of their daily life in some cases. Fortunately, there are also a TON of very great persons playing, and for the 10 years I was playing (sometimes less, sometimes more, nowadays I don't play anymore), I made some friends, some good friends. This is of course still possible today. I used to play a bit of CS GO about 10 months ago and I remember some very funny and nice players during my matchmakings, among a bunch of idiots of course.
2014-10-01 14:41
+1 this is fully correct sadly

cant +1 enough. the amount of ppl thinking its like a fucking youtube where retards fight for the first comment lmfao.
2014-10-01 13:37
well I commented n1 since it was since for the former OG lineup to find a new org.
2014-10-01 17:17
obviously not, since you said "I had n1" which implies you referring to "number one"
2014-10-01 18:31
Well, I phrased it badly then. Was supposed to squeeze in a "commented" but the phone screens aren't good for writing.
2014-10-01 18:52
It means nice one but still, nazi mods deleted my first comment

x6tence was one (if not the best) clubs in the world even when Ex6tenz was a baby Kappa
2014-10-01 01:09
ex6tenz is older than half if all of x6tenz players
2014-10-01 01:20
and still younger than organization.
2014-10-01 01:30
But players have nothing to do with the organization, x6tence born in 2004, I dont know since when is Ex6tenz in gaming, but x6tence has almost 10 years of life
2014-10-01 13:31

except ex6tenz makes more sense cause it sounds like "existence" both in french and english, and is also the name of a badass david cronenberg movie :P
2014-10-01 01:41
except the tag was before than the nickname and we are talking about cs here , maybe you are from source and dont know x6 ,its ok but show some respect.
2014-10-01 05:55
ex6stenz = ex six tenz -> Exsixtenz x6tence = X(ex) six tence -> Xsixtence Existence not exixtence anyway... both would be "wrong" pronounced in english.
