mouz confirmed at ESEA S17 Finals

After previously confirming three of the European finalists at ESEA Invite Season 17 Global Finals, ESEA have confirmed mousesports' attendance at the event.

mousesports finished third in the regular season with a 11-5 record with Aleksi "allu" Jalli and Chris "chrisJ" de Jong pulling majority of the weight for the team.

Previously the other three finalists, namely fnatic, Titan and Virtus.pro, who replaced dignitas, have confirmed their attendance. The team list now stands as:

Sweden fnatic France Titan Poland Virtus.pro Europe mousesports
United States Cloud9 United States iBUYPOWER United States eLevate United States Denial

The $47,500 ESEA Invite Season 17 Global Finals will take place on December 5-7 in Dallas, TX, a week after DreamHack Winter following ESEA's decision to reschedule the event.

Texas is right next to Colorado and Mexico, there's plenty of weed.

Is the line-up confirmed yet? mouz with makalele would be fun to watch
2014-10-15 22:02
I hope they play with maikelele too but unfortunately I think they're sticking with karrigan for now.
2014-10-15 22:13
Karrigan is stand in for eswc
2014-10-16 06:54
Stand-in for whom?
2014-10-16 23:34
basically for nooky. he got a really good job offer he just couldnt decline so kzy stepped in in the beginning. but he was not satisifed with mouz's playstyle and left the team. so they used schneider and maikelele as stand in, but they declined the offer from mouz (schneider wants to focus on RL and maikele wanted to play awp but allu and chris are they awps already so he declined) Now they use karrigan for eswc. He may become the fifth, but could also be some1 else after eswc^^ and due to the esl rule they have to play with nooky for eps as at least three players must live in germany^^ LU EPS: allu, nooky, chrisj, legija, tabsen LU ESWC allu, karrigan, chrisj, legija, tabsen they might aswell change karrigan for some german player or chrisj moves to berlin^^
2014-10-17 15:58
Now i get it. So, he's actually a stand-in for a stand-in of a stand-in ^^ I must say that nooky didn't really deliver and I was always wondering why do they keep him (just my opinion). It is a pitty Gobb hasn't reached his 1.6 form yet. He'd be a top candidate for mouz. I personally would love to see him play again for mouz.
2014-10-17 23:19
gob doenst want to play in an international team^^ Also he wanted to play with his ex mates (approx and zonixx)

Have you not seen g3? Where Mouz beat VP and took fnatic to overtime on the 3rd map?
2014-10-16 09:14
those arent the real brackets in the article. the matchups will be determined by online league seedings.

2014-10-15 21:49
Well if all teams attend the first matches should be fnatic v Denial Mouz v c9 Titan v eLe VP v iBP Based off of seeding (highest seed EU plays lowest seed NA and vice versa).

Point is he sucks ass compared to online, hasn't done anything like he has online, on LAN. Not that he's never lanned before.
2014-10-15 21:19
Point ist that you are talking bullshit. only one example, there are a lot : youtube.com/watch?v=C_QVNsPJNrM ChrisJ is lan proofed since at least 6 years and all he shows online now, he already played offline too! I guess atm he cant repeat this offline because everybody is watching him and looks for fails etc.pp. In order of that, he is more busy with his mind and his game and with trying to make mad things instead of playing cs as comfortable as he can do online.
2014-10-15 21:53
I'm not talking bullshit, maybe you need to learn that this isn't 2013, and doing good at one event (or decent) doesn't mean anything. He's "amazing" online, mediocre at LAN. Prove me wrong by any recent LAN where he was doing even almost as amazing as he does online. Talk out of your ass more.

They skipped 2 lans with good reasons, and now all of a sudden they are lan dodgers after playing lots of lans before already? HLTV logic.. But nice to see them here, see if they can beat VP again and maybe get the 1 or 2 extra rounds needed to beat fnatic as well.

Mouz is really underestimate team in these conversations! Haven't you see never fex allu on lan? He´s awesome lanplayer and I think Mouzes need only little time to fix the team working by finding fifth player who can commit to the team and Chris J is really good player, and I don't think he deserves that kind of talk. Give Mouzes respect what they deserve!
