LDLC see off Virtus.pro

LDLC made it three in a row for them at the FACEIT LAN Finals following a comfortable 16-7 victory on de_cache.

After moving past Cloud9 in their first two matches in Milan, LDLC continued on a roll and secured a place in the semi-finals with a victory over Virtus.pro on the Polish side's own choice of map.

LDLC got off to a great start and won the opening three rounds despite playing on the less-favoured Terrorist side, but in the first gun round Filip "NEO" Kubski, calm and collected as ever, won a 1-on-2 situation after taking down the first opponent and then defusing through the smoke.

It was NBK's time to shine

Virtus.pro managed to turn things around and take a 4-3 lead, but a 1-on-3 clutch from Fabien "kioShiMa" Fiey in B put a stop to the Poles' winning streak. LDLC continued to pile the pressure on their opponents and eventually picked up a 9-6 lead going into the second half.

In the pistol round, Virtus.pro played it slowly in an attempt to get some information from their opponents. They eventually pushed A but were stomped by LDLC's players. After losing the first eco round, Virtus.pro went for an early buy, but they were once again denied entrance into the A bombsite.

A 1-on-2 clutch from Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski at 14-6 gave Virtus.pro their first round of the half, but that did little in the way of bothering LDLC, who kept their cool and won the next two rounds with ease.

2014-10-24 16:21
see off is kind of misleading, since that means VP would be going home now, yet they still have matches to play
2014-10-24 16:21
It's miraa... he's clueless.
2014-10-24 16:46
Don't touch MIRAA. I'll find you.

he wasn't top fragger by 2 kills lol.. except for nbk every player had average stats
2014-10-24 16:29
hes enjoying the sweet money from motar, wouldnt be surprised if he retire soon just to stream and be with his family
2014-10-24 16:26
I think people can enjoy the feeling of competing as a separate rush aside from making money
2014-10-24 16:32
Lol i really think the same, he just got some EZ money so he don't really put effort in any tournament. 10k$ for 1st place for him is like 1 week daily stream. It's sad but pasha skill is going down and down... Soon it will be -pasha +michu.
2014-10-24 16:36
r u stupid? ofc hes doing his best on every lan, why would he go if he didnt wanna put any effort to win it. hes a beast, only reason i think hes gonna retire is cuz of his successfull stream and have time for his kid and wife.

2014-10-24 16:27
Maybe you should consider the fact that maybe they want to report 1 group at a time?
2014-10-24 17:08
Did LDLC lose a match since that final at DH invite?
2014-10-24 16:23
They lost one game to Fnatic 3 weeks ago in FaceIT qualifier Only one :)
2014-10-24 16:29

2014-10-24 16:50
LDLC pretty much have a diff CT setup for every round... pretty nuts
2014-10-24 16:27
streaming. he makes more and consistent income with it then winning tourneys ;)
2014-10-24 16:27
dont understand why some of u people judge after 3 matches that ldlc is now best in the world. fnatic also had episode when they were bashing everyone, but not even one lan victory came after that. ldlc is going same path actually. its like poles start talking they are the best in football because they beated germany, fresh world champion :) wins in internet cups, wins in group doesnt mean antyhing, wait with opinions until final, or dhw - then we may know whos the best actually
2014-10-24 16:29
nip wont make it out of dhw groupstage so stfu
2014-10-24 16:31
if you cant response having something to say, then you defenitely should not do it :)
2014-10-24 17:47
rekt fegit
2014-10-24 17:52
thanks for being sensible on hltv. everyone else on here base their opinions on the last 1 (one!) match played.
2014-10-24 16:44
because we dont watch results but how they play? And yes they are the best team in the world now with fnatic.
2014-10-24 16:56
you can be the best only in your fans brains if you dont win anything. lets wait with judgement until ldlc win some trophies
2014-10-24 17:46
agree, but it's a pretty new team so you cant say "they havent won anything etc". If they keep playing like that, they will win trophies for sure.
2014-10-24 17:57
"if"
2014-10-24 18:06
ldlc unstopable
2014-10-24 16:29
LDLC is nuts.. Best team in CS:GO right now for sure.
2014-10-24 16:34
We'll see about that. Fnatic can easily beat them as long as they stop throwing it like they did online.
