threat, kHRYSTAL return in Team Acer
Frej "kHRYSTAL" Sjöström and Björn "threat" Pers came back to competitive Counter-Strike in Team Acer's new lineup.
During January, Team Acer dropped a strong hint on reddit that they are looking for a stable CS:GO team to represent the German organisation.
Today the team is finalised with two well-known Counter-Strike 1.6 figures, Frej "kHRYSTAL" Sjöström and Björn "THREAT" Pers, who have played together in Lions in the previous version.
Both players have had their times in big organisations, as THREAT was a part of Patrik "cArn" Sättermon's fnatic in the first half of 2010, and kHRYSTAL played in SK Gaming in the last quarter of 2009.

The latter also attempted to venture into CS:GO with Begrip and Reason later on, although both of the teams have fallen apart shortly.
The duo is joined by Christian "Spitfire" Schiölde, formerly of n!faculty and SK Gaming, as well as John "wenton" Eriksson and Fredrik "slap" Junbrant in Team Acer.
"I first of all want to say that this is AMAZING! The guys and I have been waiting for this moment for a long time, it's a huge relief to finally go official. By joining Team Acer it feels like we really can focus on our game instead of things surrounding it. It's soon time for us to show the community what we really can do, but we got a few things yet to fix. Luckily we've got a month until our first offline appearance, so we should be all set by then." Sjöstrom said on Team Acer's website.
I personally like to thank Team Acer for taking a leap of faith. I know this team hasn't shown anything yet, but I feel that we have huge potential to make anything happen. You won't regret it."
