Na`Vi ease past FlipSid3

Natus Vincere are through to the grand final of ESWC 2015 after easing past FlipSid3 Tactics on two maps (16-9 on de_mirage and 16-1 on de_inferno).

The second semi-final of ESWC 2015 brought together two Eastern European rivals, with FlipSid3 Tactics looking to take their status of the event's surprise package one step further after previously knocking Keyd Stars and Ninjas in Pyjamas out of the tournament.

Andrey "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy's side came out the better of the two as they took a 3-0 lead, but the remaining rounds of the half were extremely highly contested, with Natus Vincere taking a narrow 8-7 advantage going into the break.

Na`Vi carried their momentum into the second half and dominated the opening rounds on the CT side. FlipSid3 still tried to respond, but their inability to build on the few round wins they had left their economy in shambles and allowed Na`Vi to close the game out at 16-9 thanks to a world-class display from Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács.

Na`Vi move on to the grand final

The map that followed, de_inferno, was a complete nightmare for FlipSid3: the Ukraine-based team were only able to get a round of their own after being down 0-6, and that win came courtesy of a triple kill from Vladyslav "bondik" Nechyporchuk to open up the A site. Na`Vi regained control of the match right after and closed out the half without giving up one more round.

FlipSid3 were inches away from winning the pistol round as CT, but Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko played out a 1vs1 situation with B1ad3 perfectly, powering Na`Vi to close the game out with ease in the following round.
