Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev has announced that he has parted ways with FlipSide Tactics and that he will take a break from competitive gaming.
The Ukrainian talent's future in FlipSid3 had been up in the air since he publicly criticised his teammates in the aftermath of a 0-2 defeat against Natus Vincere in the ESWC semi-finals.
Hours later, he apologised for his harsh words, even though he maintained it was hard for him to remain calm when the team was making so many mistakes.

FlipSid3 Tactics are due to compete at the offline qualifier for ESL One Cologne, next week, where Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev will not be able to compete due to his ongoing ESL ban.
And the Ukrainian star has now revealed to HLTV.org that he plans to take a break from competitive gaming, possibly until January, when the ban expires.
"I would like to say that I am going to take a break from CS and that I am leaving FlipSid3," he told HLTV.org.
"I am a bit tired and I need to learn how to better communicate. I would like to thank FlipSid3 and their sponsors for giving me the opportunity to play for them.
"Thanks to all those who supported me. I will come back stronger, I promise."
