Former Property member Andreas "schneider" Lindberg has joined KILLERFISH as a stand-in for the ESL One Cologne qualifier and the Acer Predator Masters finals.
The Swedish player's future had been up in the air since he was left out of Property's roster for this weekend's offline qualifier for ESL One Cologne as the team will attend the event with the same three stand-ins with whom they competed in the online pre-qualifier.
Andreas "znajder" Lindberg has now agreed to lend his services to KILLERFISH for their next two offline events, the qualifier for the ESL major and the Acer Predator Masters finals.
The 22-year-old will fill the role vacated by Michele "zonixx" Köhler, who departed the German team earlier in the month.
"We’re really excited to play at this weekend's qualifier," team member Tahsin "tahsiN" Sarikaya said. "If we can live up to our potential I think we can manage to win some games, because in best-of-one matches anything can happen!
"I believe dignitas and Titan are favourites, but apart from that anything can happen.
"I am also happy to announce that schneider will help us out for the next events. His play style and character really suit us."
This is the second time that znajder finds himself filling in for a German team, after he played for mousesports as a substitute last year. At the time, he ruled out a permanent move to mouz due to personal reasons, and the team ended up qualifying for ESWC with Mikail "Maikelele" Bill as a stand-in before signing Finn "karrigan" Andersen.
