Fraternitas lose team

Martin "styko" Styk and company have left Fraternitas with immediate effect due to "unfulfilled promises and payments" on the organization's co-owner's part.

Nearly two months ago nEophyte merged with a new organization Fraternitas, including main sponsor and co-owner, Tomáš "kubrahead" Kubrický.

There were already hints at disagreements within Fraternitas back then, since the team's previous coach, Ivan "⁠Dev1⁠" Lazarov, was left out in the cold under unspecified circumstances.

barb1's team is on the lookout for a new organization

Today the team left Fraternitas, citing "unfulfilled promises" and "blatant lies" from Kubrický concering money transfers as the reason, both in the past with nEophyte and in the recent weeks with Fraternitas.

According to Martin "⁠STYKO⁠" Styk, the amount of money owed to the team surpasses 100,000 CZK (approximately $4,000), which has not been paid over the course of five months.

The team captain stressed that that was the case only with the co-owner and not the organization itself, and shed a little more light on the problems in the following statement given to HLTV.org:

We decided to leave Fraternitas with immediate effect. Problem with management came before in nEophyte and we thought merging with Fraternitas would solve some of them but it did not happen. It got worse and we got promised a lot of things which almost none of those were fullfiled. Our manager repeadetly and blatantly lied to us about money transfers he promised making it in total of over 100 000 CZK. The funny part is, that this team could pretty much beat all teams except for the top 4 in your conutry, which is sad. Also, there are only 16 000 000 people in these two countries combined, compared to your 320 000 000.

g2 now has a golden opportunity to be a really really good tier1 team. If they do the following: +oskar -fox + twist They would first, get one of the most skilled guys atm in the game (oskar). Then they would replace one of the lesser skilled ones in the pro scene (fox, yes he has his moments, but not a tier1 player) with a guy that in a good team that would probaly unleash his full potential. If this happens, the pro scene would be alot more fun to watch.
