GuardiaN: "Luminosity better than us"

HLTV.org spoke with Na`Vi's Ladislav 'GuardiaN' Kovács about the Eastern European team's recent struggles at CEVO Season 8 and about their 2-0 victory over Luminosity at IEM San Jose.

Natus Vincere have been vacillating about wildly in terms of results as of late, with a 7-8th place exit at CEVO Season 8 and further indications of internal troubles afoot within the team.

However, Na`Vi started off with force at IEM San Jose after winning two close maps against the most feared team from the Americas: Luminosity.

We chatted with Na`Vi's AWPer and overall star, Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács, to get a picture of the team as it currently stands.

You will be able to find our other upcoming interviews from IEM San Jose as well as other clips on our Youtube channel here.

I don't think so. I think LG have more potential and fire power than navi. Also, they show some great T games. However, even being as good as they are, they commit a lot of mistakes that tier 3 teams do often. If they could fix it and the steel problem, we could see a top5 team here easily
2015-11-22 14:28
Everyone hypes up LG and then the bo3 curse strikes. Same thing happens at every major.

actually 16-13 and overtime is not a bad result. right ?
2015-11-22 10:24
Well, they have had close games a lot many times, but they barely win a map,and almost never win a bo3.

Maybe because their opponent were better ? Nobody have to be shamefull to lose a bo3 vs NAVI/fnatic/TSM/... they are all top teams and when you see LG playing you also see that they lack of a little "something" to be better and secure a map on a bo3. EDIT : only kids betting don't understand shit about win/lose in this game. They just want to win those shit skins.
