DavCost, arch join Team YP
Team YP have bolstered their CS:GO squad with the additions of Vadim "DavCost" Vasilyev and Vladislav "arch" Svistov.
Team YP delivered on their promise to venture into the Counter-Strike scene last month, when they signed the male squad known as Phenomenon and the female roster NewEra.
At CIS LAN Championship #2, the team's first event under YP, the male squad finished 5th-6th following a 0-2 defeat against PARTY in the second round of the Lower Bracket.
After losing Pavel "COLDYY1" Veklenko to Arcade last week, Team YP have now made a splash in the scene by bringing in two big names in the CIS scene, Vadim "DavCost" Vasilyev and Vladyslav "arch" Svistov.
DavCost signs for Team YP
The former had been playing for FlipSid3 Tactics as a stand-in since February, initially as a replacement for Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev in major events and respective qualifiers. When the 18-year-old was released by the organisation, DavCost continued to play for FlipSid3, even though he was never officially part of the roster.
arch moves to YP from Rebels, a temporary name taken by the team after Arcade eSports agreed to sell the roster to an organisation that has yet to be revealed.
