PANTERS drop out of APM finals

TaKeTV has announced that PANTERS will miss the upcoming offline finals of Acer Predator Masters Season 2.

The Norwegian team, who recently parted ways with London Conspiracy, have been forced to cancel their attendance after failing to raise the necessary funds to be able to compete in the tournament, which kicks off on Thursday.

Replacing them at the event will be French side LDLC White, who caught the headlines at the weekend as they won Assembly Winter over hometown favorites ENCE.

to1nou & co to attend Acer Predator Masters Finals

Eight teams from all over Europe will compete for their part of a $40,000 prize pool at the offline finals of Acer Predator Masters Season 2, taking place inside TaKeTV's studios, in Krefeld, from February 11-14.

With PANTERS' withdrawal, the quarter-final matchups are now the following:

Germany mousesports vs. France LDLC White
Germany ALTERNATE aTTaX vs. Bulgaria E-frag.net
Europe HellRaisers vs. Poland Vexed Gaming
Poland CSGL vs. Ukraine FlipSid3 Tactics

Tickets for the event can still be purchased over at Eventbrite.de, with prices ranging from €5 to €180.

How did they try to raise funds? Or would they only go if they find a sponsor? Back then teams went on their own just to be able to play on lans. yawn
2016-02-08 15:54
mouz + HellRaisers + 6 random pugs to make it to 8 teams = APM. easy mousesports win

Do you remember previous year's APM finals? HR won in the grand final against Mouz.

I'd say that aTTax can actually win against most of them even mouz.

aTTax is unpredictable. with a lot of effort they avoided a 0:16 against Astralis and made it just 1:16. the next map they somehow won. no idea what to think.
