Several Danish talents including Danny 'BERRY' Krüger and Rasmus 'SandeN' Sanden formerly of SK Gaming as well as the likes of Christian 'rezex' Bjerregaard formerly of CG have formed a new lineup.
The team comprises Danny "BERRY" Krüger, the 25-year-old player having been a longtime staple of the Danish scene (seen competing since at least 2007) and with previous stints on the likes of SK, Xapso, and CPLAY.
In addition, 123team includes Christian "rezex" Bjerregaard, who made his name on the then-unknown CG team who achieved a shocking qualification bid for the PGL Regional Minor and came close to making the playoffs before ultimately disbanding in early February.
rezex has provided HLTV.org with a statement on the team, saying:
"We are looking forward to starting playing with each other and showing the community what we as a team are capable of. We are a very new lineup together but a lot of things are already working out great within the team and there is currently a good agreement of how we want to play the game but also what we want to achive as a team, with our future plans."
The team's future plans include competing in various qualifiers for GO:CL and Rising Stars, taking part in the CS:GO Danmark League, and attending Copenhagen Games 2016 for which the team is seeking a sponsor (the team can be reached via rezex's email, Rezex99@hotmail.com).
team123 currently possess a 10-2 record in ESEA Main, putting them at the top of the league above the likes of Preparation, Vexed, and gBots.
