Vici Gaming sign CyberZen

Vici Gaming have finally confirmed their expansion to the Counter-Strike scene with the acquisition of CyberZen's team.

Vici Gaming, one of the most successful Asian organisations in MOBA games, boasting a Dota 2 team who finished fourth at The International 2015, had announced at the end of last year that they were keen on investing in the emerging Chinese Counter-Strike scene, which has garnered a lot of interest from the esports giants in the region.

With Chinese veterans Bin "Savage" Liu and BingYuan "tb" Li in their ranks, CyberZen established themselves as the strongest team in China last year and attended in January the StarSeries global finals, where they took 7th-8th and had a three-map thriller against the current FaZe team.

CyberZen's team move to Vici Gaming

More recently, they were in action at the Asia Minor Championship, finishing 3rd-4th after losing to Renegades in the semi-finals.

The announcement of Vici Gaming's foray into Counter-Strike comes just days after EDward Gaming, another organisation with ties to the League of Legends scene, signed their own team, featuring JianWei "wjw" Wang and ZiHao "Insane" Han, two players who competed at the recent Chinese StarSeries finals.

Vici Gaming's team consist of:

China Zhuo "advent" Liang
China BingYuan "tb" Li
China Bin "Savage" Liu
China WeiJie "zhokiNg" Zhong
China ZhiHong "aumaN" Liu

This team as huge potential, now i think they too will get a gaming house just like their DOTA2 has or they might stayed with them.
2016-03-06 20:14
Or they will kick out their DOTA2 team and let the CS team in the gaming house because of their bad results on Shanghai Major Kappa

2016-03-06 20:26
The major of Dota just ended today. wiki.teamliquid.net/dota2/Shanghai_Major.. Here's the result. Basically EU Teams are dominating but EG is still huge and still a top 3 team. SEA teams are progressively being scary, the Koream team MVP.Phoenix or the Malaysian fnatic are getting big. Next major in Manila in Philippines and then TI6.

2016-03-06 20:23
Clearly not the strongest team in China, hltv. Wtf.
2016-03-06 20:48
It's pretty fifty-fifty with Tyloo but you can consider them as top 1 stop being stupid you morons
2016-03-06 21:00
Why do you always try to show us that you know everything? Like calm down, you make up arguments in european cs that we understand but how is tyloo any better than cyberzen if they are nothing compared to them on lan? since when online results is the judge on who is the best team in a region? Oh wait, you know everything about cs.. you only started following cs like 1year ago fnatic fanboy... says alot
2016-03-06 22:37
Oh btw, you can go cry to your fellow admin.. go tell him again, this guy keeps wrecking me and let him delete my post :>

2016-03-06 21:50
Cool, gonna guess LGD will pick up TyLoo if they drop qz
2016-03-06 22:10
They replaced qz with AttackeR
2016-03-06 23:25
ah ok, read somewhere they were sticking with qz for some reason, glad they didn't.

with a big org like Vici at least it means it will increase their chances of getting VISA but CyberZen logo >>>>>> Vici logo
2016-03-07 01:36
But Vici $$$ >>>> CyberZen $$$ But I do know that teams that change orgs sometimes got worse name and logos :( Rip Vox Eminor Rip Titan
2016-03-07 03:54
Chinese people have no problems with visa, nor do Indians. It's people from smaller Asian countries and notorious countries who face visa problems
2016-03-07 04:08
QeeYou couldn't get visas to Stockholm for Cluj qualifiers and visa is still a concern, I remember Savage making comments on visa issues for Starladder on his stream but it was sorted out
2016-03-07 12:57
i mean not as many problems as others
