Gambit Gaming have announced via their official website that they have completed their squad with the addition of Ivan "spaze" Obrezhan
Gambit had been scouring the market for a new fifth player after parting ways with Jan "wayLander" Rahkonen, citing the inability to "find a compromise" with the the Finnish talent.
Ivan "spaze" Obrezhan joins Gambit for free after Method decided to release their Russian lineup on Monday. While playing for the former PiTER team, the 18-year-old attended the CIS Minor Championship, where he caught Gambit's eye during the semi-final match between the two sides.

In a statement, Gambit explained that they believe spaze will "acquire the necessary experience" to compete at the highest level by "working together with veterans of the CS:GO scene".
“spaze is one of the youngest and most skilled players in Russia, who fits our team and playstyle, so our choice was kind of obvious," team coach Alexandr "beast" Yakovlev said in a statement.
"We all are glad to welcome Ivan to Gambit and can’t wait for the first scrims with him. Root for Gambit!"
spaze will make his debut for Gambit on Thursday as the team will take on HellRaisers in the SL I-League Invitational.
