Jame^s parts ways with Liquid
Team Liquid and their coach, James "Jame^s" O'Connor, have parted ways, the organization has just announced via Facebook.
The departure of coach James "Jame^s" O'Connor comes only two days after Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev was removed from Liquid's starting roster, as he is seeking out a new European team to play with.
According to the announcement and the coach's statement, both parties agreed on the move as they "couldn't align their visions on how to accomplish success".

It was not revealed whether Liquid will be seeking out a new coach after fielding Jame^s since September 2015, but it's not likely they will find a suitable replacement soon as other North American teams have failed to do so in recent months.
However, the American organization assured their fans that they believe they "will be able to continue their upward trajectory into the upcoming majors".
Contacted by HLTV.org, Jame^s gave us the following statement about his departure:
"As of today I will no longer be coaching Team Liquid. I'm happy to have had the opportunity to coach such great players and see our hard work turn into great results. The organization took a chance on me as a coach and I take great pride knowing we went from a team missing ESEA playoffs before I arrived to finishing 3rd/4th at the first million dollar Major during my stay. I think we can all be proud of those results." O'Connor told HLTV.org.
"Unfortunately there is also a business side to Counter-Strike. While both Team Liquid and I want the team to be successful, we couldn't align our visions on how best to accomplish this. I want to thank Team Liquid, its players, and fans for the support while we became the best in N.A.
I look forward to coaching another top team in the near future.
