Hatz joins Legacy in place of topguN
Jordan "Hatz" Bajic has taken to Twitter to announce that he will be joining Legacy eSports as the fifth, missing piece of the Australian team's roster.
In recent times, Legacy has been stuck with a four man roster playing with stand-in, Steve "busta" Brewer, in the Oceania qualifier for the Asian Minor Championship last week. Thanks to a Tweet by Jordan "Hatz" Bajic we now know that he will close out the roster for the team.
Legacy has been pounding on the door to be recognized as one of Australia's best CS:GO teams after a series of solid finishes such as their win in the CGPL Autumn Finals winning Australia's premier domestic league. In the Asian Minor Championship Oceanic qualifier, the team also put in a strong showing finishing second to Immunity.
topguN will no longer be part of Legacy
Hatz will fill in the spot left by Azad "topguN" Orami after it turned out that the player was unable to commit fully to the team due to family commitments.
Bajic is a young player at 17 years old, however, has already shown promise after leading his former team, Trident, to qualify for the CGPL Autumn LAN Grand Final, the same tournament won by Legacy.
Here is what Hatz had to say in a statement given to HLTV.org:
"I will officially be a part of the Legacy roster. I'm glad to be given this opportunity to be a part of one of the best team's in the Oceanic region. I hope to progress as an individual and more importantly as a team player! Thanks to Legacy once again! Let us see what the future will bring."
Michael Carmody's, Business Manager of Legacy, statement for HLTV.org:
"Jordan 'Hatz' Bajic has been a standout performer through his climb through the domestic scene, and his debut Div1 performance this year, we saw him heartbreakingly close to making finals in his first National LAN appearance. This young talent that comes to us from a friendly and close sister organisation in Trident Esports, will have the opportunity to remove all personal limits as he plays with the star studded Legacy line up of Havoc, Lightstep, ap0c and ofnu."
Legacy now have:
Chris "ofnu" Hanley
Mike "ap0c" Aliferis
Michael "Lightstep" Hall
Luke "Havoc" Paton
Jordan "Hatz" Bajic
I have parted ways with trident, i wish them the very best of luck. I have taken the opportunity to be apart of legacy. Thanks to 1/2
