dignitas sweep TyLoo, to Major

dignitas overrun TyLoo 16-3 on Cobblestone to become the sixth team from the ESL One Cologne Main Qualifier to qualify for CS:GO's next Major.

With the final three matches of the ESL One Cologne Main Qualifier in Katowice, Poland drawn, the first pairing was between the Danish-Norwegian Dignitas and the Chinese TYLOO teams.

dignitas, currently ranked #14 in the world, wasted no time jumping out the gate with a strong T-side pistol execute, which included Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel getting a one-versus-two clutch to secure the round. dignitas picked up the first gunround as well after winning a two-versus-two and moved ahead to 5-0.

On the sixth round, a triple kill from Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke beat back TyLoo's defense on the B site and the Chinese team were left looking ever more lost (although they did pick up the subsequent round thanks to decent defending). With RUBINO winning another one-versus-two to make the score 9-1, the first half appeared to have completely run away from TyLoo.

RUBINO won a couple clutches to keep dignitas in a strong lead

The 14th round almost looked as if RUBINO were going to win another clutch but TyLoo finally put another CT round on the board, partially thanks to Ke "captainMo" Liu and HaoWen "somebody" Xu both getting double kills on the B site. This awakening inspired the Chinese team to take the final round of the half and the half thus went 12-3 for dignitas.

dignitas calmly held down any further TyLoo aggression in the second half on both the pistolround and the subsequent ecos and the Chinese team were sent packing with a 16-3 scoreline.

How will work the seeds for Cologne 2k16 ...?
2016-06-12 21:46
I guess the seeding pools is like this: Top seed: Luminosity Na`Vi Liquid Astralis Mid seed: Virtus.pro CLG fnatic NiP Bottom seed: All the challengers randomly shuffled
2016-06-12 22:00
Oh ok, yeah maybe, because the third and fourth can't be drawn because of the format of the qualifier ...
2016-06-12 22:27
lol liquid top seed?!
2016-06-13 00:33
Yes, it's based on their placement at last major, where they ended in top 4.

11K-15D stats in a match you won 16:3 there's something really wrong with MSL
2016-06-12 21:47
+1 Get rid of this guy asap
2016-06-12 21:50
I kinda agree. We saw daps have the same problem, but he have come out of his shell lately. But to be fair, it's always hard to let your caller go, because of the rebuilding fase you will go into.
2016-06-12 23:03
Guys, look at every match. He has FAAAR more deaths than the others. Do you think it's an accident? He is the entry fragger, the role that causes you to die the most. This is a sacrifice to give the team an edge in the match. He dies a lot yes, but his kills are never that bad. Actually, his kills are often higher than 1-2 of the others, but because of his high amount of deaths, he gets a bad K-D and rating. If he started looking out for himself, his K-D and rating, I bet it would look a lot different for him. However, I think the team would perform a lot worse! Just saying.
2016-06-13 02:35
As long as they win this easy, then his stats doesn't matter.

Lack of experience against top level opponents cost Tyloo. The skill is there, they just need to play against other teams more often.
2016-06-12 22:09
fancy1 been asleep lately
2016-06-12 22:17
Tyloo fucked the veto and deserved to lose that. They played cobble twice a month ago, losing both to RNG 16-6 and 16-12, getting 2 and 5 rounds on ct side respectively
