Our first interview from ECS Season 1 Finals is with Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, who shared a bit more on the deal with SK Gaming and talked about the British event overall following Luminosity reaching semi-finals.

Luminosity are our first semi-finalists of ECS Season 1 Finals, as they defeated Ninjas in Pyjamas and Liquid both 16-12 on Train to grab first place in Group A.

Shortly after the first match, the news about the Brazilian team transferring to SK came out, and so we also asked the in-game leader and captain, Gabriel "⁠FalleN⁠" Toledo, about it in the following interview which also delves into their matches and possible outcomes of Group B.

I think it's true, because the gameplay and recoils of CSS were so fucked up, that it ended up relying more on tactics and teamplay, compared to 1.6, where you could outaim people and the gameplay was flawless. That's how I see it.

I think the whole of strategic play in csgo is far more complex if your team can coop with it. Most teams out here are out here for quick wins, they think of it as we need to win so we can progress as a team. If they lose then they drop material and moral. Instead teams should be improving and evolving their strats win or loss. I believe a strong base of a team and tolerance with one another can go along way.
