Kairi joins PENTA
PENTA Sports have completed their roster with the addition of Spanish veteran David "Kairi" de Miguel, the German organisation have announced.
The move comes in the wake of the departure of longtime team member Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz, who chose to further his career on NRG, linking up with fellow European duo Fatih "gob b" Dayik and Nikola "LEGIJA" Ninić.
David "Kairi" de Miguel, who has been without a team since stepping down from gBots' roster, is one of the several players that were trialled by PENTA over the last two months. Brandon "weber" Weber and Joey "CRUC1AL" Steusel also tried out for the team in official matches.
Kairi signs for PENTA
The 28-year-old is the second Spanish player recruited by PENTA, who signed Christian "loWel" Garcia Antoran from gBots in March.
"First of all i would like to thank everyone who have always supported me and PENTA for giving me this opportunity," de Miguel said.
"I worked hard to become part of a big team like PENTA and i will try to improve every day.
"I will give my best to achieve the team's goals and to make my dreams come true."
To be eligible to compete in domestic leagues, PENTA will be forced to field a stand-in as they no longer have a majority of German players on their lineup.
PENTA now have:
Tahsin "tahsiN" Broschk
Kevin "kRYSTAL" Amend
Christian "loWel" Garcia Antoran
Mike "mikeS" Tuns
David "Kairi" de Miguel
Alexander "kakafu" Szymanczyk - Coach
