TWC EU qualifier format revealed
E-Frag have revealed the format and schedule of The World Championship's European qualifier, which consists of two qualifying rounds and the main qualifier, offering three spots at the finals in Belgrade.
The European qualifier for The World Championship will start with the first qualifying round, where 16 seeded teams meet 16 non-seeded teams in a best-of-three, two-round bracket.
Qualifying round one teams:

Top eight sides will then advance to the second qualifying round, where they'll meet eight other teams who earned their spots based on results in last year's World Championship.
A best-of-three series between a team from the first round and a team directly placed in the second round will decide who advances to the main stage of the European qualifier.

And finally, eight more teams have been placed directly into the main qualifier, four of whom received primary seeds due to placing top four in last year's finals, while the other half have secondary seeds.
They will be joined by the eight winners of QR2 in four GSL groups, with top two sides in each group making it into the best-of-three, single-elimination playoffs.

The main qualifier will have three spots on offer for the $100,000 World Championship 2016 Finals, taking place in Belgrade, Serbia, from October 5-9.
