dignitas eliminate F3 in Bucharest

dignitas eliminated FlipSid3 at DreamHack ZOWIE Open Bucharest with a 2-1 scoreline (16-7 on Train, 9-16 on Cobblestone, and 16-6 on Mirage).

FlipSid3 and Dignitas, who lost to Cloud9 and FaZe in their opening matches, respectively, faced off in the Group B elimination match. The best-of-three series started out on Train with Dignitas on the CT-side.

Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke left his mark in the pistol round by getting a quad kill as his team went on to win the anti-ecos (3-0). Although FlipSid3 managed to pick up the weapon round after Jan "wayLander" Rahkonen's entry kill they lost the following one.

Dignitas' early lead melted away as FlipSid3 tied it at 5-5 with Andrey "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy's quad kill and took the lead after Georgi "WorldEdit" Yaskin's quad. Dignitas closed out the half with a four round streak, leading 9-6 at halftime.

k0nfig was on fire in the first map

René "cajunb" Borg's opening kill with a Deagle opened the way for Dignitas to secure the pistol round and the Danes quickly marched to a 16-7 victory with k0nfig leading the pack.

B1ad3 opened Cobblestone, which his team started as the Terrorists, with a 1vs2 clutch and FlipSid3 extended their lead to 4-0 after winning the first weapon round. Dignitas didn't let FlipSid3 get away and tied the game at 5-5. Just when it seemed like the Ukrainians were running away with it, Dignitas won an eco round and trailed 7-8 at halftime.

Although k0nfig won the second half pistol round thanks to k0nfig's 1vs2 clutch, FlipSid3 won the eco to start a five round streak (13-8). A triple kill by wayLander was enough to put an end to the map which FlipSid3 won 16-9.

cajunb kicked off the Mirage beatdown with an ace in the pistol round on the T-side as Dignitas secured the first seven rounds of the last map. Dignitas finished the first half 12-3 ahead, going on to win the map 16-6, and the series 2-1.

careful. You need to pretend that you don't care about it anymore. They want quality post like "gg" and so on.

I am convinced Dignitas would be tier 1/1,5 if they swapped MSL with a more fragging ingame-leader, even though it might be hard to find one. :) Nice team to watch when they're doing good
