Na`Vi take the win against Liquid

Natus Vincere beat Liquid 16-9 on Mirage at ESL One New York.

s1mple's Natus Vincere went up against his former team Liquid on Mirage in the last opening match in New York. Liquid started on the CT-side and picked up the pistol round thanks to Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski's triple kill.

Liquid lost their early advantage in the third round as Denis "seized" Kostin and Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács got entry kills and won a 2vs2, giving their team their first round (1-2). Natus Vincere going on a six-round streak triggered a Liquid timeout which gave Liquid only one round as their economy got reset right afterwards (7-3). Inferior weapons throughout the rest of the half didn't help Liquid who lost it 6-9.

EliGE put on a world class performance but it wasn't enough

Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev's triple kill in the second half pistol round stopped the B-rush of Liquid but the American team replied swiftly with Deagles and went on to win four rounds, trailing 9-10.

Natus Vincere changed gears towards the endgame and stepped up their defence, winning the match 16-9.

EliGe huge carry and still lose badly, feelsbad, almost all kills were impact frags. Liquid is an absolute mess right now, the way they're giving away man advantages and getting caught. Hopefully they'll come back better with time.

Ahh Navi can still play some cs :p their last results have been dreadful. Some mistakes but liquid couldnt capitolise on those. Edward started out on 0-1-8 but came back on the CT side. Sick play from Elige as well.
