G2 pound TyLoo, Astralis beat Na`Vi

G2 bounce back after their big loss to Immortals by winning 16-3 against TyLoo on Overpass, while Astralis tallied another victory at Na`Vi’s expense, 16-9, on Train.

G2 who came out scalded of their last match against Immortals started out very strongly against TYLOO on Overpass, taking the CT side pistol round and getting comfortable after winning the gun round and getting up 5-0. TYLOO were finally able to get one in on the sixth round, but G2 held on to it, taking out YuanZhang "Attacker" Sheng in a 4vs1 afterplant to defuse the bomb, secure the round, and keep their early dominance on the scoreboard.

ScreaM tapped all over TyLoo on Overpass

TYLOO won the ninth round taking advantage of a too aggressive G2, cleanly taking all five players. The Chinese team then rushed the B site taking G2 by surprise with Richard "shox" Papillon caught far on short and out of the site. After non-stop action throughout the round, though, it was finlly shox and Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom closing it out for the French-Belgian team. G2 kept their dominance throughout the half closing the half 13-2.

TYLOO won the pistol round as Attacker won a 1vs1 against shox, but a huge mistake by Ke "captainMo" Liu teamkilling YuLun "Summer" Cai as Cédric "RpK" GuipouyG2’s last man—shot him down gave the French team the round and in the following couple rounds, the match.

Astralis’ first move on Train against Natus Vincere was to go outside and rip heads off on the way to an A plant and a point on the scoreboard, which they followed up winning the two anti-ecos. The Danes only gave up three frags in the first three rounds, but the second Natus Vincere got their hands on weapons they took the round including a particularly strong triple kill by Egor "flamie" Vasilyev. Nicolai "device" Reedtz responded with a triple of his own with the AWP to force Natus Vincere back into an eco.

An instrumental device cleared the path for Astralis in the first half

An incredibly on fire device led his team through the half as Natus Vincere took a 12-3 spanking going into the halftime break. After winning the CT pistol round, it was all but over for Natus Vincere as the Danes were sailing full speed ahead. The CIS managed to win the first gun round and followed it up thanks to flamie getting another important three kill round, putting Astralis on an eco. After losing a couple rounds, and 14-7 on the board, device finally hit another big triple to get Astralis on match-point. It only took Astralis three more rounds to close out the match, 16-9.

So karrigan was the problem? It's nice that Denmark has one more solid team, I expect France to finally have at least 1 T1 team cuz now it's pretty boring to see how EnVyUs and G2 struggle to get their shit together. Na`Vi quick fix: -Edward +ANGE1 seized was good before they forced him to lead. I'm sure if he's just a regular player, he will be insane again. They do need an IGL, and ANGE1 can be a solution just like gla1ve was for Astralis. Why -Edward? Because lately he often plays like sleeping or extremely tired, I feel sorry that he's the last guy from that legendary Na`Vi lineup remaining active, but if he doesn't get kicked for the sake of a good IGL - Na`Vi will be wasted. And moreover there was a conflict between Edward and ANGE1, so -seized +ANGE1 doesn't look likely, and overall it seems that Edward's time has gone, everything that has a beginning, has an end, and it must be the end of Edward.
