Vega Squadron sign ALLIN
Vega Squadron have announced the signing of ALLIN, whose core had already played for the Russian organization before.
Having made it through the CIS Minor and into the ELEAGUE Major main qualifier taking place in December, the four parts Russian, one part Ukrainian side formerly known as ALLIN have now signed with Vega Squadron once again.
jR and mir are no foreigners to Vega Squadron
The last time Dmitriy "jR" Chervak, Nikolay "mir" Bityukov, Pavel "hutji" Lashkov, and Sergey "keshandr" Nikishin represented Vega Squadron was one year ago when the team and organization split ways before jR & co. went on to join Arcade. Several roster changes later, that four man core is back where they started.
Alexey Kondakov, CEO Vega Squadron:
We know these players very well. We had good relationships after we parted our ways, and we're happy to continue from this point on. The roster looks great, and a beautiful victory on a Minor-tournament is a great sign of it. We hope that we'll be able to help our new players to prepare for the ELEAGUE Major qualifiers the best way possible.
I am glad to return to Vega Squadron and especially glad that it happened before our ELEAGUE Major qualifiers. Vega was the beginning of our professional CS:GO careers, and soon we managed to reach solid level of gameplay for our region.
And even though we changed players many times, I'm looking forward this new page in our history with Vega in a roster that is as close to the original one as it could be. CIS Minor preparations were tough and we got more united, became a family. Cheer for us and we'll do everything to make you happy not just once!
Now with Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov in tow instead of Andrey "treaNt" Golubev, who was part of that original Vega Squadron, the Russian-Ukrainian side's first order of business will be to take part in an incredibly stacked qualifier for January's ELEAGUE Major taking place in Atlanta.
