FaZe defeat EnVy to secure playoffs

FaZe take down EnVyUs on Nuke, closing out the match 16-11 after a strong Terrorist half.

After both Envy and FaZe won their force buys at the start of the match on Nuke it was Finn "karrigan" Andersen's team that took the initial lead from the Terrorist side.

The French team replied with a couple of rounds of their own, getting a 5-4 lead thanks to good play from Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt and Kenny "kennyS" Schrub with the AWP. The first half was a success for FaZe after all thanks to successful lower site splits in which Fabien "kioShiMa" Fiey played a pivotal role.

kio defeated his ex-teammates to get to the quarterfinals

Moving into the second half and onto the CT side with a 9-6 lead, FaZe shut down the A site push in the pistol round and closed out the anti-eco's to go to 12-6 up.

Envy took the first gun round and went on to string together five rounds with kennyS clutching a 1v1 against Philip "aizy" Aistrup to make it 11-12. A series of Terrorist side rounds was stopped by a FaZe pistol-armor buy and lobby aggression that caught Envy off guard and made it 11-13.

From that point onwards the European mixture closed out the match 16-11, in great thanks to Aleksi "allu" Jalli who was influential on both the rifle and the AWP.

The meme is getting a little overdone at this point. He has finally got his revenge. Now would be a good time to forget the meme.

Well, enkay j needs to change up his approach to keeny from "its alright cheer up" to something like "stop being the pussy and fight them, dont cry" or whatever, obviously you cant always stay cold blooded in matches, but Kenny is getting way too emotional.
2017-01-26 03:12
FaZe the fuck up!!! so nice
2017-01-26 03:16

i as a nV fan like to think of him as a long term stand-in player for them until a huge french shuffle happens or something else and now that neither are legends and they both bombed out that shuffle is very possible :)

2017-01-26 03:29
I said it. Look at my post history. Allu would step up his performance as the pressure increases and drops a 30 bomb on the elimination map. He will look a lithe lackluster in the first have of the next map they play, then will suddenly be on fire and from then on, other teams will have to play around his AWP or anti-strat to try to keep the AWP out of his hands. Allu, if you're reading this, I've been a fan of yours for years now, ever since I watched a POV demo of yours on the CS POV channel. I watched you in mouz with ChrisJ and thought "Jesus, this guy is incredible with the AWP", then you'd rifle and I thought OK this guy is legit talent. NIP needed an AWPER, I said why not ALLU? Surely the language barrier can't be too bad? (this was on my other account I lost password to, jack_ftype is username or jackftype. You did great in NIP, too bad the couldn't close the openings you created for them so many times. Finally, I think you've found the right combination of talent alongside you. I hope you guys go all the way and even win! If you end up in the finals I will drive to Atlanta to get your autograph!! The only player I'd do that for. lol
