Nice interview! Totally deserved major win.
only pussies never give up no matter what
If this mouse shaker didn't get those 3 frags in the 3v5, VP would have won.
Kjaerbye, please tweet some more to make Taz more salty :)
This dude's aim is fishy af. Stupid valve has to investigate him.
Kjaerbye stfu and give some respect to VP you little kid.
Saying "we're underperformed" after you win it means "it was close because we didn't play it at full strength", since now Astralis for me is the same as SK, meaning I'm rooting against them till they retire.
all these mad vp fans lol
I thought device will be MVP of this major but guess his performance at the grand final affected it a lot
I knew he'd be something. The future of danish CS!
when the only OP and best player in your team, and 3rd best player of 2016 underperforms,
your team underperforms
but taz is so mad getting rekt by 18 yo
This dudes aim is so shaky
I don't understand how Snax didn't get the mvp.
Shake it, shake it, shake it, feels good
Shake it, shake it, shake it, feels good
Don't stop, get it, get it
Your psychologist is right: it's incredibly hard to be #1, most competitors spend a lifetime without achieving it. But it's even harder to stay #1 and those who can do it for long period of time are the true legends of their discipline. You'll need a lot more than what you needed to win this major if you want to stay on top of the scene. Gl.
Amazing, young player who already has this level of respect for his opponent and integrity when being praised/congratulated for being tourney MVP.
10/10, WP GJ KJBae
VP lost the final, but what was the finale? One of the best in the past 3 years, if not the best. Each map aligned in each of victory decided by a matter of luck. CS at the highest level is the gambling.
arrogant bot .... we underperformed ... omg ... so lucky
Lmao astralis wins their first major ever after reaching their first final ever, and this kid goes on to say "we underperformed"
We get it, you won. You don't need to make statements like this.
The only reason astralis won was because they overperformed, because choking is in their dna, not underperformed.
Also device never ever shows up when most needed, so you can't call that underperforming.
honestly, no fans gained from this event for astralis after K's comments, his maturity came to light with his comments on twitter after the game - "underperformed", the reason you underperformed is because you were exposed to the best team in the world in Virtus Pro, you can't roam and run free because they're significantly skilled players, it shows how early we're in the development of the game to have such young players be so disrespectful.... you could take notes from Roger Federer on his acceptance speech after winning the Australian Open on how you should thank your sponsors, your peers, support groups but most of all your rival and competition because without any of them performing and raising the bar you would be nobody and earning nothing from playing the game you love.
IM NOT FOR VP OR ASTRALIS( MAYBE MORE VP OK) BUT BEING NEUTRAL KJAERBYE'S PLAYING WAS SO WEIRD I MEAN I THINK HE IS NOT 'CLEAR'. I DONT KNOW SHAKING OR OTHER SHIT BUT HE IS NOT JUST A PLAYER HE USED SOME UNKNOWN COMMANDS.
of course he never considered giving up, only considered holding down mouse4 even longer
Why can't we just congratulate Astralis on their win? Why do we have to fight on this thread... If you think Virtus.pro derserved the win most, it's okay. Astralis fought fair and Square and won, that's it..
WHO tf named him MVP? He wasn't even close...
He's not arrogant you idiots, he even stated that he is very critical about his own performance and that tweet about the game is about him and the team doing stupid plays(the eco losses on nuke and being 13-7 down on train in the first place), they were shaky thourghout the final even if they won it in the end.
Moreover, Taz took his tweet to do a bit of bashing but you have to be retarded to not see that he just says to kjaerbye to "shut it" and be glad that he won in the end, and that "next time they won't lose to them" - it comes off as he tells him to focus on the games ahead and not really being toxic, people here of course don't understand Taz' cynical personality.
they got lucky this one time
enjoy your 15 minutes astralis
they've won because of him
