TyLoo, Immunity to Asia Minor playoffs

Day two of the Asia Minor Championship has come to an end, with TyLoo and Immunity progressing to the playoffs.

The second day of hostilities at the Asia Minor, taking place in Beijing, began with two matches that pretty much went according to script as TYLOO eased past 7642, while Immunity had to work hard to defeat TheMongolz, with Travis "wizard" Richardson leading the charge with 30 kills.

The Upper Bracket final was a complete bloodbath as TYLOO limited Immunity to just four rounds, powered by Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand, who is already the event's highest rated player at 1.69.

TyLoo topped Group B while losing just eight rounds total

After defeating 7642 on two maps in the elimination match, TheMongolz sought revenge against Immunity in the best-of-three decider. However, the match ended up being much more one-sided than many had expected as the Australians ran out 2-0 victors in a series in which they gave up just 11 rounds.

 Immunity K - D +/- ADR Rating 1.0
 TheMongolz K - D +/- ADR Rating 1.0

The Asia Minor will now enter the play-off stage, which will feature a double-elimination bracket. Below you can find the match-ups for the first round, which will kick off on Saturday at 04:00:

Stop being butthurt aussie, I've already lost my respect for your country and you are further damaging your country's reputation. We all know there was no problem with PC and they just do it so they can get a long pause. After all, why didn't signature experience any internet issues? Also why only Renegades ran into issue with their computer? GL not get 32-0ed
2017-06-02 15:26
Did you not see the tech issues and pauses today that weren't renegades? As for losing rep over a hltv comment lmao you're mental
2017-06-02 15:31
At least Australia has enough players to actually had a team represent them. Go back to source the only game the UK was ever vaguely relevant in.

Yeah, there are so many teams in the third world countries. No problem. The kangaroo national team has the most problems, and this is not the first time. Is that not the problem?

Flash> immunity Tyloo > renegades with good chance of winning Still should be 2 cn teams through tho.
2017-06-02 15:26
Tyloo will most likely beat Renegades ez, I've always been a fan of the renegades but this team they have right now is worse then their older lineups especially so I can't see them being able to beat Tyloo. Flash and Immunity I would say is 50/50 If anything 60/40 towards Flash.

i agree with your first part but not the second based off the performance of flash so far i have to say it's a 70/30 to flash. I don't expect immunity to win even if flash drops a map.
2017-06-03 05:43
Yea I'm going off what I know of Immunity so yeah it was just a rough guess to be honest.

I think China has both spots but it would be cool to see a Chinese team and an Aussie team both qualifing each. Probably won't happen. I don't see an all aus final though. The CN teams are playing better cs.

Now things are actually getting interesting. (Warning: Beyond this point is Thorin Mode Activated, Viewer Disgretion is advised) I honestly never cared for the Asia-Pacific scene (atleast any country like China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, even the Philippines etc., except AU) same goes for the CIS scene for most teams except for a couple teams, cuz of all both compose tier 2-3 teams with maybe 1 or 2 tier 1 teams like (who i wont say until any of them make it to the major that is cuz its always the same cycle of CIS and AS/AU teams not qualifying for the major, especially TyLoo and Renegades for 4 straight majors in a row..., whom im honestly just getting tired of waiting) Until atleast 1 team from both AS and AU (same goes for tier 2 CIS teams) qualify for the major, i wont give as much attention to their scenes like im giving right now cuz of this playoff bracket, (regardless if they qualify for an IEM or starladder or dreamhack open again) maybe by the end of the offline qualifier if we see atleast 1 new team from each region like a TyLoo or a Immunity qualify for the major then maybe i might put my money on them even for a little bit, might even chip in for a decent sticker of their team as well. Just my 2 cents

TyLoo vs Renegades will be interesting to watch. I think TyLoo will win this and then face Flash in the final. I will be rooting for Flash to win it all.
