Miami Flamingos release sickLy
The Miami Flamingos have announced that they have parted ways with Juanes "sickLy" Valencia with immediate effect.
In a statement, the Argentinian team explained that the move was caused by the "need to search for an alternative" to their "current game style".
Juanes "sickLy" Valencia had been part of the Miami Flamingos since the organisation signed a Latin American squad, in November 2016. The team have competed in a number of online tournaments, most notably qualifying for ESEA Premier after placing first in the Open division.
However, the Miami Flamingos have had a poor start to their Premier campaign, losing their first two matches, one of them by a hefty 16-2 scoreline.
sickLy's replacement will be announced on Monday, the Miami Flamingos added. Regarding the situation of Cristian "Proxure" Rojas, who has returned to Chile as he awaits his visa clearance to return to the United States, the organisation stated that they have not yet had a response from the Immigration Services.
The Miami Flamingos currently have:
Guillermo "guishorro" Areco
Jonathan "JonY BoY" Muñoz
Matias "tutehen" Canale
Cristian "Proxure" Rojas
