PENTA edge iGame.com in Bucharest

With a 16-14 scoreline on Inferno, PENTA bested iGame.com in the opening round of Group B at the Europe Minor.

iGame.com dominated the beginning of the match, leading 9-1 as Counter-Terrorists on Inferno, with the only round going PENTA's way being a Tec-9 attack towards the B bombsite.

Miikka "suNny" Kemppi turned up then, picking up two flashy quad-kills in post-plant situations over the next three rounds, helping PENTA claw back to a respectable six rounds on the offense in the first half.

suNny's plays in the first half kept PENTA in the match

Kevin "HS" Tarn then pitched in with a fantastic ace in the second pistol round, as his team made it even at 9-9. The Finns replied with the next two rounds, but PENTA took over once again, coming out on top of a couple of retakes for a 12-11 lead.

The European side proceeded to clinch the next three comfortably to reach match point and finished off the match with a tough retake on B in the very last round of regulation, after iGame.com attempted to take the match to overtime.

How do u feel right now as a Kinguin players, that kicked innocent some time ago? They are making changes, but I assure there is no better polish player outside VP & Kinguin than innocent. Actually, what they should do instead of kicking Mocek is changing roles. Now, Kinguin is surely going to kick someone OR, what I think is more probable, they will be kicked out of Kinguin. N1! Anyway, things turned out right for innocent, cheering for him. Gl.
