peacemaker and Misfits part ways
Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu has been released by Misfits as coach ahead of the PGL Major Main Qualifier and ESL One Cologne, events for which he had been loaned to TyLoo.
After stepping down as head coach in Misfits, peacemaker has been released by the organisation, presumably due to the Brazilian's plans of coaching TYLOO at the Main Qualifier, which will give away eight spots at the PGL Major in Krakow, and at ESL One Cologne.
PGL clarified that peacemaker would not be able to stand behind TYLOO or communicate with them at any point during the game, as the same rules that apply to players in the Minor/Major circuit apply to coaches as well. When inquired by HLTV.org, ESL added that he would not be able to coach the team in Cologne as long as he had ties to Misfits, per ESL's ruleset.
Now that peacemaker has broken contractual ties with Misfits, while he will still not be eligible to coach TYLOO at the offline qualifier for the Major, he should be allowed to stand behind the team in Cologne.
We can confirm that @peacemakercsgo is no longer a coach or analyst for our CSGO team. We wish him the best.— Misfits (@MisfitsGG) June 27, 2017
