PENTA Sports player Kevin "HS" Tarn has joined OpTic Gaming on a permanent basis, the North American organisation has confirmed.
The announcement was made by Oscar "mixwell" Cañellas in the latest episode of OpTic's "Vision" documentary series, which covers the North American organisation's decision to build a European team following the departures of William "RUSH" Wierzba and Tarik "tarik" Celik to Cloud9.
Kevin "HS" Tarn, who will be joining Aleksi "allu" Jalli, Emil "Magisk" Reif, Adam "friberg" Friberg and the aforementioned mixwell, will leave PENTA behind and will play ESL Pro League in North America with OpTic—a team with a perfect record so far with four matches played, albeit against two newcomers, Ghost and Rogue.
While HS has been seen as one of Estonia’s biggest talents, it wasn’t until he signed with PENTA and helped his team win the ESEA Season 24 MDL LAN, finish second at the European Minor and qualify for the Majorthat he started to turn heads as one of the engines in that team.
With this move, OpTic close out their roster, and it is as follows:
