Against All Authority, one of the most storied French organizations, has reactivated its CS:GO division by signing the team formerly playing under the WySix banner.
The trio of Flavien "wallax" Lebreton, Benoît "MetaL" Guelette, and Benjamin "waneG" Taquet, who took in French rising talent, Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut, and TWC 2016 player for France, Matthéo "nonick" Canei, will now player under the aAa banner. The team will also be home to a veteran of the organization, Steeve "Ozstrik3r" Flavigni, who won CPL Italy 2006 as an Against All Authority player. This time around, however, he will be the team's coach.
Some of the team's achievements under the WySix banner were a second place in ESL France's Championnat National, as well as a third place at Epsilan 14. The quintet's next challenge will be playing this season of ESEA Premier. Here is what wallax has to say about the team's move to aAa:
"Today we are joining aAa, a legendary Counter-Strike organization. This is very motivational for all of us. The team will do everything to make this tag shine once again. With this announcement, I’d also like to confirm that nonick will be our 5th player. We are very delighted to have him again within the team, and he has had a great impact on our performances.
"After Delaney left I became the in-game leader once again, but I will be helped by our new coach, none other than the great, handsome, and old Ozstrik3r. His vision of the game and his working methods will obviously help us grow and shine. We now have everything we need to become better, let’s prove everyone that we can write another (or even many other) pages of aAa’s history.
"Thanks to everyone who supports us, we’re always happy to read your words of encouragement!"
